“So when we do make the decision today, are we gonna go ahead and add the twelve percent for the price package of the cruise?”
Next best action
Schedule a dedicated airfare-booking call with Mable and Bruce together (ideally after Bruce reviews the emailed confirmation during his lunch break) to select flights departing July 25 and returning August 7, departing from Stuttgart. Confirm final insurance selections and send updated total-cost invoice with all add-ons before that booking call.
Full analysis
What happened

Mable called to clarify travel insurance costs, airfare logistics, and ground transportation for a Uniworld cruise departing July 27 with her spouse Bruce. She received an initial quote of $8,738 for the cruise package (excluding air) and had questions about UniWorld's travel protection plan cost (clarified as approximately 12% of package price, or ~$1,048, plus ~$500 for separate air insurance). After extensive discussion of cancellation terms, insurance coverage limitations, and ground transfer options (train vs. flight vs. private transfer), Mable decided to purchase cruise insurance and agreed to book airfare during a follow-up call. She left the call committed to reviewing the agent's updated confirmation with her husband before making final decisions.

Emotional read

Mable started slightly flustered and multitasking (finishing curriculum lesson), then became methodical and detail-oriented as she walked through insurance and logistics questions. She warmed noticeably once the agent explained insurance coverage clearly, and by mid-call she was collaborative—bringing her spouse into the conversation and actively problem-solving transportation options. She expressed mild stress about tight timing but ended the call energized and committed to moving forward.

Emotional arc through the call

Started somewhat scattered and defensive (caught by surprise, multitasking), gradually became engaged and collaborative as insurance details were explained, warmed significantly when the agent offered to help with airfare, and ended energized and ready to move forward despite time pressure (had to leave for class).

How customer sees Pavlus
  • neutral · Agent Rose called proactively to discuss the quote she had sent, showing attentiveness but Mable had not yet received the air quote in question
  • positive · Appreciated that agent Rose offered to help with airfare booking alongside the cruise package: 'I can help you with the air as well'
  • positive · Approved of agent's suggestion to book airfare together on the phone to avoid 'back and forth back and forth we'll never get anywhere'
  • positive · Satisfied with commitment to send updated confirmation email with insurance added: 'I'll add the insurance to the booking and I'll email you the updated confirmation'
Process friction
  • Mable did not receive the airfare quote that agent said was previously sent, creating initial confusion at call start
  • Insurance pricing explanations required multiple clarifications; Mable had to ask follow-up questions to understand the 12% cost calculation and what it covered
Value perception

Mable expressed appreciation for Pavlus's role in handling both cruise and airfare logistics together, contrasting it favorably to doing bookings independently. She asked, 'I think we would have a little bit better [insurance coverage] if Uniworld adds the airfare,' but ultimately valued the convenience of having her agent manage both components rather than juggling multiple vendors.

Customer behaviors

multitasking during call (working on curriculum lesson; had to search for printed documents)comparison-shopping ground transportation options (train, flight, private transfer) to find best value and least stressful routingdeferring final decision pending spouse consultation (brought Bruce onto call briefly; agreed to review materials during his lunch break)carefully tracking dates and logistics on paper (noting dates, costs, travel times)asking detailed follow-up questions to understand insurance coverage, pricing, and cancellation termscost-conscious but willing to pay for convenience (chose flight transfer over cheaper train option after realizing train stress and complexity)

Agent (Rose Morrissey): Hi, this is rose from pates travel.
Customer: Good morning rose. How are you?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Good, March I am good. Did you get all the air quote from?
Customer: I didn't get the air, I have here hold on. I printed a copy. Hold on. Where my, hold on. You caught me by surprise here. Hold on that. No, no, no, not a problem. I'm just trying to, what did I do with my pay? Okay, well let's see I was just looking at it. This is weird. Hold on, here we go.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Oh, sorry, sorry, sorry.
Customer: It's right underneath cause I'm trying to finish up a little curriculum lesson for today. Okay, hold on just a second. Okay, we got this one, I'm looking at it's $8,738 that's for both of us and I noticed that there wasn't a travel protection plan yet put on there and I wanted to find out what the, what was the unique worlds travel insurance? What was there's and it would that be?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): I can email you then. Well, once you okay, so uni it will protect your if you purchase. What yeah, you're gonna have to, we have to pay this in full.
Customer: Cause I thought I read. Let's see, I was reading through. Okay, the fairs reservation complimentary.
Customer: The cancellation policies. I read that or we read kind of read that there. Let's see and I think I went down to travel per protection cancellation. So is that referring to, if we purchase a plan from Una world you're eligible for a refund of your plan cost during the free, the free look period which is a ten days from the time you purchased the plan provided you are within ten days of the plan purchase. So I think that was my question on an email this morning and that is how much is the protection or the travel protection plan that uni world offers?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, approximately, but I'll get the actual amount with your total, I believe is either twelve percent of your total price, but I will double-check let's see.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): I'm gonna say, go ahead.
Customer: Now, when mm-hmm, no, I was gonna say, do you mean twelve percent of what I just quote, what the package is that doesn't right now we're not including the airfare cause we don't know what that is yet but it's okay. So it would be the $8,000. Okay, so that's like about $1,700 approximately. I'm thinking.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): It's right.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, approximately or a $1,048 but I'll find out exactly. But once let's say we do the air that insurance price is gonna go back, you know, go up because you're adding value to your, to your, to your vacation.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Okay, now is this the airline I think we're, I'm a little confused with the cost with the air included. Is this, if it's included with air that means that we're under whatever airline a company or seats, what that uni world chooses for us. But if we were to separate that, then that's not included in there and their travel protection, if we were to say and I'm just kinda, I'm just looking at options in case we go ahead and do our own, you know, book our own flights over there.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Right.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh mm-hmm yeah, so when you, let's say you purchase the insurance just for the cruise portion. Okay, and then you do your own air, I can help you with the air as well but, but you want to cover the air price with the insurance. You can purchase separate we sell an insurance Allan insurance that you can use that towards you know purchase it for the air to cover the air.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Okay for air only once in about how much is that, is that also a percentage of whatever the airline ticket is?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): For us it's a age whatever your man you know the age it run, it's not the percentage of the total amount. Yeah, mm-hmm.
Customer: Okay. Oh, okay so does it get higher when you're older over sixty?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): One, no, if you're sty, you know around $60 is actually not bad. If, once you go over $70 that's you know, it's like, oh, okay, that was kinda high.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Okay. Well, we're both still in our sixties. I'm 61 and Bruce is, well, Bruce will be $68 by the time we get that travel going so we're looking at $61 and 68. So of course I, it would, all, it doesn't matter on the price or is it just one fee insurance whatever the ticket is or how does that work?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, good, good. Oh.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): It doesn't matter on the price. It's, It's, run, it's driven by the age.
Customer: Okay, and so how much are we looking at on that one?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, well, let's see approximately depending on the air price also. Well, let me just say I'm just gonna give you a ballpark price and, and, and let's say the air is gonna be $3,500 per person. Let's see.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): I'm gonna say approximately $500.
Customer: Okay, about $500. Okay, so we're looking at a total of about a $1,500 and plus a little bit there for total insurance coverage. Okay, and that, okay.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): For the mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah. Yeah, you need to cover, you need because anything can happen. Yeah, with the, yeah, and.
Customer: That's true, that's true and what is the air, the $500, what does it cover like a cancellation, I'm sure there's rules to it. But let's just say there's things going on in Europe because I mean, we don't know, I mean, there's, I know that, like in Mexico there's an election coming up in June and we have tickets to go in may to go visit, and it's just visiting family, it's not, we're not on a tour package or nothing. So, you know, cause my cousin said, come before June, cause we don't know, you know, what craziness is gonna happen in June. So, so let's just say things are going on in Europe or that part of the town there and, and there's a few little things going on does that cover that for us to be rerouted or you know, can we change, can things be changed.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Well, the airline, the airline tickets are always all, you know, airline tickets if you want to pay the least expensive airline ticket of course it's going to be non refundable but. Okay, to reroute. Yes, we can reroute depending on the terms and conditions of that air, airline ticket so, but.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Alright.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): The cancellation terms and conditions of the aliens insurance is it'll cover preexisting conditions, but it will not cover cancel for any reason. What is any reason, any reason, other than illness?
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Okay, so it has to, so exclusively illness is what it covers.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm mm-hmm yeah.
Customer: Okay, I'm gonna put here and if we declined the airline one and just go with the package of the, of the cruise, is that okay? I mean, I know it's a risk but I mean, we've taken risks before, but just out of curiosity, huh.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Here is the best. Here's the, here's the risk, if you don't purchase the insurance, let's say, one week prior to departure, you decide you something happened, illness or a death in the family and you didn't purchase insurance.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): You are the air, the cruise line is the terms and condition of the cruise line and made the total amount is gonna be nonrefundable so can.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Okay, and we're talking the package or the airline. The oh, the entire package.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): No the package if you don't, if you don't, yeah, if you don't if you don't protect the package on the terms and condition of that cancellation policy you really need to be very mindful of that because if you don't purchase the insurance, the penalty, let's say you cancel two weeks prior to departure, you're giving your money to the cruise line.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Okay, alright, I'm, I'm, just went rose I just put you on speakerphone cause Bruce, got out of a meeting real quickly but he's just gonna be here for a few minutes to listen. Okay, so, so when we're talking about I just wanna clarify so the in let, let's just say we purchase our airline tickets that's one separate insurance, but the package for the cruise thing is a separate one as well, correct?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): You're not protecting your investment.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm yeah, it still.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): That's right. That's right. Mm-hmm.
Customer: Alright. So if we if we buy the insurance for the cruise package and because we plan on our own with the with the airline let's say we decline on the airline but just conserve the package on the cruise one would that still be okay and it's, I'm just looking at an option that's all.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay. So if you're gonna do the, if you decide now to purchase the insurance for the airline. It really because it's a non refundable fair. Anyways, and it's a, it's a, you could use it for another year. It's good for another year. It's a credit, the airline. Okay, just make sure when you purchase that airline ticket that it it can be a credit for another year if you don't use it.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Okay. Oh, alright.
Customer: Okay, I got you. Okay, and the insurance for the, for the cruise then that one's different.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, and then.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, uh-huh yeah, that one is different you want to purchase the insurance to protect your investment with a, you know, with a world. And if you let's say you decide no rose we're just gonna take a risk. The risk is if two weeks prior to departure you cancel due to illness or a death in the family you're giving your money to uni world because they're not, there are no exception to their terms and conditions because they are offering you to purchase the insurance to protect your investment. Okay? Yeah.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Yeah, mm-hmm.
Customer: Okay. Okay. Alright. Well then, we'll probably go ahead and do the insurance on because my, my concern with the uni world if they were to add the airfare is that I think we would have a little bit better.
Customer: Cause I was taking a look at some of the flights there and I don't know what airline they're using. I'm not sure about that. JetBlue. I'm looking at more that American airlines might be the one, I think we just need to look at some of the airlines but maybe you can help us on that one. But I think I sent you, yeah, I did I sent you on an email the date that we would be traveling out of stud guard and I'm looking at August 7th.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, let, okay.
Customer: So it would be July 7th.
Customer: Not July 27th but it would be July 26th right? Okay yeah, the departure cause we get there.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Let's see for July.
Customer: I know but the, but the boat departs the port. I know it departs on the $27 but didn't we say we have to be there at least a day. I think it, I think you just have to in the war on the morning of the departure. I think it.
Customer: I know, but what I'm saying is we have to be there, we have to be there the day before. So the flying, oh, let me go to July.
Customer: Okay, here we go. So if it departs on the 27th of July then we need to be there by the twenty sixth. So is our flight going to be out on the twenty fifth?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): If you need to be there on the twenty sixth you're gonna leave here on the twenty foot at 25.
Customer: Okay, that's what I thought. Okay, let me though. Could you hear me that pin please? Oh, here, I got it okay, I'm gonna put a little box here on the twenty fifth we would have to find out, okay, and then.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm.
Customer: Okay, so.
Customer: We would be let's see the twenty seventh on a Saturday, so not until August 4th no August 3rd the cruise ship finally arrived to bath and we're on our own. So I'm gonna put on here returns.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): You can return on the day that the ship arrives in bazzle.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): On the third, because it comes in at 66 are you still, you're going to so guard, okay, then you can take, you can go to the train station on that date. On the 3rd of August.
Customer: Oh, I but me we.
Customer: Yeah, so.
Customer: Oh, mm-hmm and.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): And then when are you coming back? And where are you going to be coming back from which airport, Frank?
Customer: It would be starch airport.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): It would be what? I'm sorry.
Customer: Gard.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Sugar for international. So that's probably goes Stu Gard frankford frankford back to let me see hold on a moment.
Customer: Ten and.
Customer: Do you want to leave on the sixth cause if we're there by Saturday, you know, then we have Sunday, Monday. Do you want to come back on the seventh? Well, that would be one. Because that Saturday is gonna be shop with us traveling.
Customer: And right, that would be then Wednesday the seventh. What do you think?
Customer: Well, that's gonna be, that would be 192-9394 night and then on the fifth day we leave.
Customer: That's not yeah, about four because if Saturday, we're not going to be there till half a day with them and then you know, if we leave on, on the sixth, that's gonna be kind of brief Sunday and Monday.
Customer: So then that would be the seventh leaving the seventh.
Customer: That would be, that's gonna be three full days.
Customer: The seventh. Okay, rose, we decided on the seventh to return from start back to san San.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay.
Customer: Well, that depends on the kind of flight we get.
Customer: Bruce was asking, what if we had to stay another day just for whatever reason, I don't think.
Customer: I don't know if you heard that but he wants me to check with to see how many days she could put up with us but I would say the seventh is good. I, for me, person the seventh is good because we're not going to be touring stud guard because they are in their eighties and we're probably just gonna visit with families. So it's gonna be more, you know home to home. There's not gonna be any shopping involved or anything, and so I think I would go nuts after a week or so.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): No.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, yeah.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): I would, I would. So the cruise ends on the 3rd of August catch the train. Oh, wow. He need to look at the schedule for train from bazzle.
Customer: And that depends on the time that it arrives at the bazzle. Port.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Well, it's gonna right there at 6:00 AM in the morning.
Customer: Oh, is it? So they're gonna boot us out of there, we're just going to have a breakfast and bye-bye okay.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yes, yes, because they, they've got another cruise going from bazzle to Australian that day.
Customer: I got you. So it's 6:00 AM, okay, so then we just have time for a cup of coffee there with them and maybe a little short breakfast and out we go. I'm guessing, we all depart by 8:00 or so, alright? So then we would have to get a train maybe by, well, depends how close it is and how we get to the train. You know, we may have to use, I don't know an Uber or public transport. I don't know, I'm not sure how the Uber, Uber works over there. I would imagine similar to hear, but okay.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, yup.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yes. Yes, I, I've done Uber over there and I, if not an Uber you can do a taxi.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Well.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Have have you looked at train schedules?
Customer: You know, we well, I think Bruce when, as far as looking at if we had to switch train, they would give us six minute to do the transfer.
Customer: So we need to make sure that we pack light and maybe have you know a two medium size.
Customer: Oh, Bruce did see the schedule and he said there's a lot of trains that leave every. So what?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, I see departure 4:13 AM they have one that leaves at 6:13 AM it's a two hour train, looks like from Bozzo. To Stu guard.
Customer: Every time for so.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Bost by train, it's $30.
Customer: But just in case we missed that train or you know, I don't know if it's a straight shot or do we have to or is it gonna stop somewhere and we have to pick up another train.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Well, it looks like it, you do have to, it looks like you have to go on. I, I'm not familiar with this. So, bear with me while I look at it Bozzo to suit guard. It looks like you take, there's a change and Strasburg, so you go bazzle to Strasburg, and then a change in Strasburg, I get to a Stupar, it's what I see. No.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: I think that's all.
Customer: Okay. So, so, it sounds like one change, right? One change.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, but there's one change.
Customer: Okay and then when it gets there let's just say we missed the, I mean we're gonna try to coordinate to get to where we're close to well that's gonna be hard but we'll have to ask maybe an attendant there, you know we want to get to the next train as quickly as possible but I would imagine there are several, I think there every hour there's a train that goes to stud guard. So I'm wondering if that ticket allows us to you know, is in case we miss the transfer, then we can get on the next train, on the next hour for the transfer.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): I, I am not sure about that they do have different times here. I'm looking at it there's some that departs 6:13 AM to 903 yeah, you have one change, only one change and then they have one that leaves at 5:51 PM and you arrive there at nine oh, 4:00 PM. So there's a three hour train and a two hour train.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm but go online and look at that star and, or even just Google let and know it, I'll tell you all the information.
Customer: Well, I wanna look at directly at the ro star, then, cause that, that's probably what we'll do. And then and I'm thinking the bus is kind of operate a little bit. The same, also the, like a Gretna, I don't want to say greyhound bus but something similar to that, that's another one that's also an option. I would imagine there may not be transfers. But I don't know what is the, what are the buses or van. What is the name of a company there? I know your stars for the train, so.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Well, we usually for transfers that's are gonna be expensive for, we normally use a private transfers which is black lane and that's gonna be expensive.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Okay, private.
Customer: Okay. Private transfers.
Customer: So, when you say expensive, is it like over $500?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Well, that's a, that's a two hour. I mean, if the trains gonna take you two hours to get there, a private transfer is gonna take you longer.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Oh, I see what you mean. Okay. Yeah, no, I think we would do the train for sure. And, and just out of curiosity as far as flights from bazzle to sugar just so we can have a comparison. So, I won't be thinking, well, maybe we.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): And more money and more money.
Customer: Just so I'm satisfied to know the price between Basle to stud guard just a one way. How much would that be right about that?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, hold on a moment. I'm waiting for my airline computer to come up. Bear with me.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Train would be easy, but of course there's that one change in Strassburg come on system.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): To god?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, just, just as I thought you would have to go Bozzo Muni to.
Customer: Oh, my goodness. Okay, and that's like a change and Muni is, is what it is, it's a change. Okay. Okay. And that's gonna be several hours, I would think.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Well if you leave at 1:30 in the afternoon you're arrive there at 4:10 PM in Stu garden. So, let's see what that price would be.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): $228 per person.
Customer: 228 per person. Okay. I one way I am going to tell Bruce about our option would the, so when we arrive and bath they have the shuttle bus to take us to the airport, correct?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): One way, one way.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Right.
Customer: Okay. That would be taking us to the airport and like everyone else, you don't. Even though it departs at 1:30 it's okay. We could linger around there at the airport. I would imagine, okay, and since it docs at six and let's say at our breakfast, get ready to go and whatever, or do they have shuttle buses? Because I would imagine that not everybody is on the same airline time. And are the shuttle buses by.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, yeah.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Maybe Mabel no worry we need to advise them about your departure flight. Once we advise you know world about your departure flight on the 3rd of August they will arrange your flight, your transfer accordingly.
Customer: Okay, I am going.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): So you're probably leave, you're probably your transfer will probably at 9:00 in the morning, so you're going to have to Disa bark earlier than normal and get yourself to the airport. And check-in.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Okay. Alright, I got you, I hate to say but I kinda liked that one better.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, yeah.
Customer: But I've been talk with about it. I mean, you know, it's gonna be more than we thought with the train. I think the train was, I forgot seventy something per person or I don't know, $70 something, $75 whatever and that sounds good and everything and yes, we'll get to see a little bit more country side, but I I think would like to reduce some stress and some of that stress would be, oh, my god, we've got a race over here and, and, you know, finding our way, and all that stuff and, and who's gonna take us to the train depot, because they only do the airport.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah.
Customer: So to me, I think this might be a way to go on this one. But let me talk with Bruce about that because we wanna make a decision and, and I do have to leave in just a little bit. I've got a class to do it starts at 130, but I always have to be there by an hour 45 minutes prior to make copies at Centra and I get out at 230. So hopefully during that time Bruce on his lunch period will go over the information and we'd like to move on with this trip. If for me while can we also look at the air fairs accommodating us to leave on that, what was it that 26? No, the twenty fifth, July twenty?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, so the way we do the best way to do the airfare is to be with me on the phone while we book the air.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Okay, that sounds good then we'll probably do that.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, and, and, and go from there, cause otherwise it's this back and forth back and forth we'll never get anywhere.
Customer: That's true. Well that's true. So when we do make the decision today, are we gonna go ahead and add the twelve percent for the price package of the cruise?
Agent (Rose Morrissey): You mean the twelve percent of the rebate, the rebate check.
Customer: Yeah, because no, no, let's see. It's, no, you said the insurance cause I asked you what's more or less the cost.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): But.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): Oh, okay, so this is what I'll do, I'll add the insurance to the booking and I'll email you the updated confirmation so you'll see the total price.
Customer: Okay, that would be good. Okay, cause that's the one where we need to fill in the blank right here where it says declined. And so okay. And that, is that price you gave me I think was, was $800 total for both of us, $800 to 1000.
Agent (Rose Morrissey): I I will put that, that's a it let me find out from let me add it today and then I'll let you know.
Customer: Okay, that.
