Send confirmation email by 7:30 PM tonight with refund confirmation from American Airlines, final itinerary, and seat assignments. When customer calls to book December 21-22 flights for mother/daughter cruise, have her file immediately as those dates are typically high-demand.
Full analysis
What happened

Rebecca called because American Airlines changed her Raleigh-to-London flight, reducing her connecting time from two hours to 50 minutes—impossible to make the connection. She had already paid for exit row seats for her tall husband and feared losing that money plus the $4,400-5,000 flight cost. Michael Escobar had offered only bad options (8.5 or 11+ hour layovers). Jennifer systematically searched for alternatives, ultimately finding an Air France routing with a 2.5-hour layover in Paris, which Rebecca preferred over cheaper Lufthansa. Jennifer explained Rebecca could request a full refund of the original ticket due to the schedule change, allowing her to rebook. They selected specific seats on all four flight segments, approved exit row purchases, and Jennifer agreed to process the refund first, then book the new flights, sending confirmation by 7:30 PM. Rebecca also mentioned booking another cruise flight in December and expressed interest in calling Jennifer for that.

Emotional read

Rebecca started frustrated and anxious about the flight change, unable to reach Michael and worried about losing money. Her tone gradually warmed as Jennifer systematically worked through options, validating her concerns about layover times and seat comfort. By mid-call, she was engaged and collaborative, even laughing about the absurdity of airlines. She ended upbeat, grateful, and already planning her next booking with Jennifer.

Emotional arc through the call

Rebecca began frustrated and worried (unable to reach Michael, concerned about losing $5,000), gradually warmed as Jennifer demonstrated competence and patience (laughed multiple times mid-call), and ended genuinely grateful and loyal, wanting to book her next trip with Jennifer specifically.

How customer sees Pavlus
  • negative · unable to reach Michael Escobar after multiple calls despite him initiating the conversation about the flight change
  • negative · Michael only offered two poor rebooking options (8.5 or 11+ hour layovers) without proactive searching
  • positive · called Pavlus back because 'I'm gonna call back to someone that's gonna help me. That's why I got you.'
  • positive · Jennifer was 'absolutely lovely' and Rebecca appreciated 'all of the help that you have given me'
  • positive · Rebecca wants to call Jennifer specifically for her next booking and said 'I'll send you an email and let you know' when flights open
Process friction
  • Michael Escobar initiated rebooking conversation but became unreachable for follow-up despite customer calling multiple times
  • customer had to navigate conflicting information between airline apps and booking system about actual flight times
  • American Airlines and British Airways ticketed as separate legs, causing app syncing issues and confusion about which flight times were current
Value perception

Rebecca implied Pavlus adds value by having 'much more talent' than her own Google Flights and airline website searches, though she also noted 'sometimes they are cheaper on Google' because airlines give different discounts to travel agencies vs. direct customers. She chose to stay with Pavlus after Jennifer's thorough work.

Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Welcome and thank you for calling publish travel, this is Jennifer speaking. How may I assist you today?
Customer: Hi, Jennifer. My name is Rebecca Oliver and I got an email this morning from Michael Escobar. In the in the air department telling me that the flight that we have booked has changed and I no longer have enough time to make my connecting flight and I need to fix something else.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, let me take a look here and see if I could find those details. Give me one moment please.
Customer: Great.
Customer: Do you need a reservation number or something? Does that help you?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): That definitely does and what would that be?
Customer: I have a, a record locator and I have one that says a reservation number, which what do you think?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I'll take both and I see if I could find it.
Customer: Okay, one. Oh, you know why this is the American airlines let's go with this one, Q. As in quail G. N six A1 4005.
Customer: I'm gonna see what else I have, invoice number.
Customer: I have a record locator but it says, I think that's American airlines. I don't know if that helps you. Let's see what else I've got here.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Customer: I'm going through my papers here, hold on.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Might have found it. Give me a moment here, let me.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): See.
Customer: Yeah, that seems to be the number that, so it shows up on.
Customer: My confirmation number, excuse me. It's a tow river boat, Crove and then we booked our airfare with you as well.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I found it. Okay, so let me see here.
Customer: Yay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so we have a freight from Raleigh that leaves at 7:35 PM to London heat pro next day. Arrival at 8:05 AM then in London they put your connecting for 8:55 and.
Customer: Yeah, that's the problem.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): About a. Yeah. They I was to accept it so I don't know why they did that but yup, that is.
Customer: And it was such a great flight, I was all set. I was happy with that. I'm like, oh, this is great. I don't have to, yeah, they went and changed according to the email that I got, they changed by an hour and ten minutes. So that was the two hour layer. I have that now puts it fifteen minutes or whatever.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So let me see what else is available for that day.
Customer: So the email that I got from this person let me see what did I say his name was Michael and I'm not been able to get back in touch with him. I've called several times and can't get back in touch with him. So, maybe you can help me with this but he said the only thing else available was an eight and a half hour layover and yeah I'm not doing that.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Oh, my gosh. Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I do see that.
Customer: I'm not, I'm not sitting there for eight and a half hours not happening.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah. And that is like, the shortest one, apparently. Oh, gosh. Let's see. Nope.
Customer: So, I have a few things to tell you, and then, then you tell me what my options are. So my very tall husband does not fit in the regular economy flight seats and, and the little shorter legs, we're just regular economy, there is no first-class, no premium nothing and they're all economy, so, I went ahead and booked exit row seats for us, so that he would fit and of course I paid for those when I booked them. So, I'm assuming if I change these other to anything other than that one other flight, I'm just losing that money.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So, it depends on the airline. When it comes to the seats, because those are a separate purchase with the airline. You would just call them because they're aware of the schedule change they made it. So you will call them and see if you can get, based on the availability of the flight we change you to, to see if those seats are available to where they can transfer it over or see if they can refund you for those seats.
Customer: Is that?
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Yeah.
Customer: Oh, okay, alright, oh, good to know. So I.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, now some do some don't but it's always good to ask.
Customer: Well, it's a combination that those flights are one's American one's, British air. So, I have all that and I have my my confirmation that I paid through British air. That's how I paid and I will ask.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah, yeah, so when you have that confirmation and stuff that's usually what they ask for, when you put in the reins for the seats especially if it's not available on the new plane you just put in for a reimbursement, send over a copy of the receipt and they normally reimburse. But if that vo Bella, oh, can't get my words if that availability is there sometimes they just transfer it over.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Oh, I love that. Okay.
Customer: And that would be fine too. Okay. Oh, that's good to know. You owe you made me happy on that. Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Customer: But I think you're gonna tell me you're not gonna find much else for me.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I know the other flight that they have, we don't even wanna mention it. You don't want to know how much time that layover is. Nope, the flight that Michael to. Yes, mm-hmm and this one here says the next one available says eleven hours and fifty minutes.
Customer: Probably not.
Customer: Eight hours is a long time.
Customer: No, you know, if I had friends or family in London, I might say, oh, great I'll go visit them but I don't know anyone in London, so.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Absolutely, understand that. Oh, okay, so.
Customer: So Michael gave me two options I don't really like them. He gave me a roof tons of flight in a united airline, I don't really like either carrier. They're not my top choices to fly.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm.
Customer: What I did find what I do like is the air France flight that leaves out of RDU it's air France, flight 75 takes me into Charles Toa. I have a two and a half hour layover and then air Frances for flight 7334 takes me into Marse.
Customer: So I like that. Two and a half hours is very doable you know I can spend some time talking to the nice customs agent and immigration people. I can have a Croom and then I can get on my flight.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): You think like me, you know give me my little two hours. You know, I might settle for three if it's the best you know, but I don't want too long.
Customer: I don't wanna rush it. I don't, yup, yup, yup. Don't want to be there too long last, this last vacation I just went on. I spent four and a half hours and Charles to call that was a little too long especially after that overnight flight that I never sleep on. So that was a little long two and a half hours is perfect. You know, again can talk to all the nice little agents along the way that want to see my passport. My, this my that and have a Chris and then be on my way.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Oh, goodness.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so let me see here, okay.
Customer: But I'm gonna ask you this question and, and you'll know better than I do. I still like the air, what was it American airlines flight coming home now you're gonna tell me that I can't mix and match American airlines with air France cause that's delta partner and not them. And it would be like 21 way tickets and it would be a lot more or can I do it?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yup.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): It sounds like you have to answer but to, to come here let me see.
Customer: And maybe you find something more than I do, I mean, you have, you are much more talented, I'm sure at this than I'm doing like, you know, Google flights and looking up on the airlines what I can find. So, maybe you can find something better. The only problem is we're coming home on air France, there's no direct flight back to it, it's a two, it's a two layover type of thing which, it's just one more time for them to lose my luggage or something happened.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so with the BA, American.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay. So yes the air France and the flight you already have. We can't put those together as far as the return. Yup, so that definitely has to be a sec. A separate because they do not cold share at all.
Customer: I knew you're gonna tell me that.
Customer: Okay. So with that, if I choose them to, switch to air France because that's what works. My, the email I got from Michael says I can request a full refund from, for this flight, okay. Okay. Cause I can't afford to, I can afford to lose $200 on the exit row seats if it, they won't refund me, but I can't afford to lose $4,400 or almost $5,000 on the flight. So if they don't do that.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let me look. Uh-huh.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yes, correct.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Correct, being that.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Understand, so, being that they made a schedule change, that major connection miss, they're legally required to provide a refund for that if you choose to not take the flights.
Customer: Perfect. I didn't know if it was just for that leg that they were required or if they had to do for the whole ticket since I purchased it as one ticket.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): The whole ticket.
Customer: Love it, okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so, yeah, that is one option on the table. We can request the refund and then purchase the air France flights, that is one possibility. I am also looking at the connecting partners. Let me see.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): If there is.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let me see what is available on the twelfth this with their connecting partners, to see if we can like switch one without having to refund the whole thing.
Customer: Sure.
Customer: Oh, sure, sure, sure, sure. I'm open to suggestions and ideas.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And.
Customer: I just know, fifty minutes or whatever it was. It was not gonna be enough time to get through heat through.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yes.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yes, they don't even allow it. They, like, if we want to try to accept it they would tell us an error, no valid connection.
Customer: Well, then why did they go ahead and switch it on me? It was a perfect flight.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): That, I have that question all the time if you guys know the connection doesn't work, why do you change it to that?
Customer: It was just so lovely. It was 11 connector either time, you know, it wasn't too long of a, of a time in any put one place it was just part and I flied directly back from London to RDU which is my home airport here and it's so easy. I don't wanna say that too, out to get through customs integration everything here because they only have like a handful of flights that ever come in, that are international. So, the guy's board he's so happy to see somebody when you come through. Yeah.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm.
Customer: You know it's wonderful, it's wonderful. Now I couldn't find anything.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Oh, goodness.
Customer: And the sad thing is I'm getting ready in another few weeks, I have to book another flight, we're doing another cruise with my mother and my daughter over like the Christmas time.
Customer: What do they call it you tied spirit something or other I can do this all over again in like a few weeks? Oh.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Unless everything's going on at all the airlines been rescheduling, huh. Spec. Oh, my goodness.
Customer: Oh, great.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay. But see.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Next list here.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): The one we.
Customer: Nobody else flies there, huh.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So they do but it all the other airlines none that are associated I'm like no stop. They're showing me all this air friends, all this delta and I'm like, okay, move on my way.
Customer: Yeah, I don't even know who's in the group with American and British airways.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So with American and British we have in air guitar airways, Japan airways, Pacific, Quantis and aria.
Customer: So, nobody that goes where I need to go.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Well, some of us right now they're not showing me any usually they show me those but it's a lot of delta and a lot of air freight.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): But let me try to look it up directly by the airline and see if that maybe helps.
Customer: Yeah, I'm sure Merce is not a big stop for Quantis or.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Good.
Customer: In a even.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, cause.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Ma'am the crazy thing about it I see they put some flights together that starts off as American and then ends off as air France but that thing has two different stops we're not looking at that. We're gonna skip that.
Customer: Yeah.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let's try this again. Let's see.
Customer: Well, whatever you come up with, I have seven other people that we're traveling with on this tour.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So we need to get it for all.
Customer: They're not coming from, well, they're not coming from Raleigh but they're still gonna have to do something. You've got one from Tennessee one from Ohio, a couple from Ohio and a couple from Michigan. So they're all gonna have to figure out how to get there and get home also and they all booked with Pavlus so.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay. So, let's see, this airline has two stops so we're not gonna do that. Let's change.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Aline okay, that's once that was.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so I put in air, cause in air has some cold shares with American airlines so it was like American, a thin air flight but as operated by American airlines one of them is looks like the same connector so that doesn't make a difference but I do.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, let me I'll come back to that. Let me put this in cause I'm trying to figure out if that they're showing me was the old flight that you had.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah.
Customer: It's the, it's the first flight, the 1551. That got changed.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm, yes.
Customer: That's the problem.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so that was that originally at 6:25 and then that got changed and then the connecting flight. Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And then that was at, not at 8:55, but is that 9:25 now?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And let's see this.
Customer: What's the minimum they, what?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay. So, I am, I'm very confused at this point and I don't want to touch it, because I want to see what the airline is going to do, because.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I see that it was at 8:55 for that flight and it was posted leaving London and arriving at 11:50.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: 1150 mm-hmm.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): But now that I'm pulling up and I'm looking at cold share flights it is showing me that the British airline flight at three for a flight number 346. Is now departing at 9:25 AM.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So, if it the parts at 9:25 AM that would still give you the same time.
Customer: 925 so that only gives me an hour and twenty minutes.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): It.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yes, but it's better than a four hour layout. Well, no eight hour layover but I'm looking at that and I'm like, why didn't it update one you're scheduled that flight time has changed as well.
Customer: As an hour.
Customer: Yeah, yeah.
Customer: Is an hour and twenty minutes enough time?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): For London. Yes, they keep it at 6060 minutes, they want you to have at least sixty minutes to do your change so as long as it passes that sixty minutes is perfectly fine.
Customer: Okay, what do I have to do in London because they're not part of that sens and region or whatever anymore. Right, so do I just, I don't have to do like the immigration or anything there?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): No, depending on the terminal. You would just have to go back through TSA just to get scanned again and the new terminal. But as far as like customs or anything like that, no, you would do that at your final destination.
Customer: Okay, so I just have to go through security again.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm if it's the same terminal, then no security, if it's a different terminal than security.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): But I am looking at the fact that flight has changed here but it did not change on your side. I'm a little confused this that part. Okay.
Customer: I don't know I'm going by what Michael sent me, I didn't.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah, cause I do see what he sent like, is the first search that we would do. That very first search. It just shows us those two flights. The one with the eight hour layover and the one with the almost twelve hour layout, that's all it shows me, it shows nothing else. Yes.
Customer: The one you know, not to even mention.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): But I'm looking at partners right now, so like, I'm narrowing my search for certain things and with the thin air, it is showing me you're same outbound flight time. Let me make sure that's the same. Hold on I'm not stroll up just a different flight number I believe it was. Where did I put it?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): This one. Okay, so it's showing me the same outbound flight time of the 7:35 PM arriving in London at 8:05 AM, but it's a different flight number because it's a fin air flight but it's still operated by American. So, and but it's showing your original connecting flight that you had the flight number the British airways 346. But it's showing that at 9:25.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Oh.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So.
Customer: How do I find out what the real deal is?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I am searching now, let's see, let me try to go straight to thin air and see what they have there.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Cause the system that we use is supposed to be there, the live booking system for the airline, so I'm like, it should have been updated for your connection, flight.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And.
Customer: Yeah, that would.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let me.
Customer: I'm looking to see if I can get into my American app, if it says anything here it didn't notify me that there was any changes.
Customer: This says.
Customer: Hi, this is it the parts at 6:25 and it arrives at 6:55 light 1:74.
Customer: Huh.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Which flight?
Customer: This is 174. Oh, this is my, no, it says it depart. Well, I'm on the American. This is so confusing because it's ticketed, half on British air and half on American and they don't talk to each other, their apps don't talk to each other.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): British airways.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): American. Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And half one American. Yup.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let's see here.
Customer: Okay, so this one says that according to the app now I don't know how if this is right or not that the flight 174, the American airlines flight 174.
Customer: Which I don't even see 174 on here. I think that's the first one leaves RDU at 6:25 PM and it arrives in London at 6:55 AM.
Customer: But it gives me my seats and everything isn't that weird?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Here, yes, I don't know why they're doing all these changing in that syncing up together let's see. So when I go to in air.
Customer: And then it still shows the British airways 346. Departing at 8:55 and arriving at 11:50. Alright? So that's, that is American airlines. So, let me.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Which one?
Customer: Look at my bri here, way up.
Customer: Oh, we're sorry something went wrong. Oh, that's good. Alright, here. We got flight details.
Customer: Yeah, this says, yeah, these bill say the same thing on the, on their app that I depart RDU on October 12th at 6:25 PM and I arrive at 6:55 AM.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, let me take a.
Customer: And then I leave London, say, it says it's still at 8:55 and I arrive at 11:50.
Customer: So, they have not updated the app or what I'm looking at on the app when I see that.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): That sometimes happens.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let me.
Customer: I'm sorry this is so much trouble.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): It is. Okay, that.
Customer: Can you do this for hundreds of people everyday? Oh.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): You get a little used to it after a while. You just realize some, some airlines don't communicate and.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Even, sometimes when you call the airline you get somebody, they sound like they don't know what they're saying, like, okay, and I just call right back for somebody else.
Customer: Mm-hmm, yeah.
Customer: Well, I hate to say it but that's why I called back Pavlus today cause I've been trying to get a hold of Michael and everybody else kept switching me, I guess, to his voicemail room and I wasn't getting anywhere, and I'm like, I'm gonna call back to someone that's gonna help me. That's why I got you.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Pull up.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so he's seeing here.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): E. 55735 I've seen 855 okay, yeah, so that one is saying 855 what did it say before? Did it still say, I believe it did and.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, here it's still saying 855 but over here it's saying 625.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so that has not updated yet.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let's see under returns are still the same on both.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): American airlines first flight did not update yet and then I feel like the second flight from London has not updated yet because why let me.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Me, get out of this and I'm gonna look up that flight by itself. The.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): What that flight says in the system, just.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Without anything connecting.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, no that's weird cause two. Okay, so that flight is 8:50 five. So why is it coming up if 9:25 with disconnecting?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And let me see the side, does seats look the same?
Customer: And it's a shame too, I'm looking this up now on my app, and it tells me what terminal I'm in and out of. And the flight arrives in terminal three and then it leaves at a terminal three as well. So, I probably wouldn't even have to go through.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah.
Customer: Yeah. So, why did they change that on me? It was like T. perfect. Itinerary.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Just walk to the gate.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Hi man.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay. So British airlines have a lot of flights so, let me.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): As far, as connecting times, but.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I can get there 805 so those connections are not. Nope, that has the actual connection. Okay. So no.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, let me go back to in here for a moment and.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Well, CONSOB Riley?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so no, they're not showing that anymore so let me try another airline here.
Customer: She says we're going to be walking. It's a unlock. Well we can get over there. We just have to walk from through to Mar.
Customer: My husband thinks a little too far walk, he's looking at me funny like no, like, no we fly in.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So it looks like a lot of the other airlines have more than one layover which nobody likes.
Customer: Mm-hmm especially after I haven't slept all night.
Customer: I can handle too like, on the way home better than I can handle two on the way going over.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So, yeah, that flight that Michael gave is kind of the only one that's allowing us to like just switch over with nothing. Let me look up.
Customer: Michael.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): That air France that she had set before.
Customer: Yeah, and again if you see something else, please. I'm not an expert at this. I just.
Customer: Did like a little Google search on it so please feel for you to tell me whatever else you find that looks good.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so let me see.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Now, where am I?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Alright, those return flights are horrible though. Let's see.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): God lee.
Customer: Yeah, you are not, not really. I'm still in confident with me or what that either, huh, isn't that crazy?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Oh, gosh, I was like, okay the air France go flight going out looks good. You know, if we process the refund, let's see what the difference and delta return flights look like, no.
Customer: Yeah, it's I'm gonna have to do two stops I don't think there is anything that doesn't do two stops.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I'm gonna try two more.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Return options, let's see.
Customer: That's now. You know why I really liked that American flight on the way home, huh.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
Customer: That it came directly, yeah, Gene London directly home.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): The flights was originally perfect.
Customer: It was, it was, it was ideal.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah, cause it's like all the cold shares for.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): This other one is multiple stops.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yup, they're all the same. Alrighty.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Customer: That you wish she hadn't taken my call now, huh.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): No, no, it is perfectly fine. I am used to search, I just don't understand the airline sometimes. It's just like, why would you all do this?
Customer: I yeah.
Customer: I don't know why they switched it on me. It was the perfect flight. I can't find anything else there I mean, I did see he offered up with Anza and united, but I don't.
Customer: I'm not sure, I'll be happy with those flights.
Customer: Unless you tell me that they're really great.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay. That didn't.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let me try this one more time here.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): That the twelve.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And we have.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Then.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I do apologize my computer just decided to move very slowly at this moment.
Customer: No.
Customer: No problem.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so that one is saying it can't.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so, I am looking at.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So I'm looking at air France, flight 75 departing October 12th from Riley to Paris. Leaving at 6:10 PM arriving at 7:55 AM next day arrival, then on October 13th connecting to air France, flight 7332 departing Paris at nine.
Customer: Set set. 7332 okay, that's different than what I have. Let's see what time that is. Go ahead.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): That the parts at 9:45 AM. So that gives you an hour and fifteen minutes.
Customer: Is that, is that enough time?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And for the connection.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let's double-check here.
Customer: Because the next flight that I have is 7334 and that leaves at 10:25 giving me two and a half hours.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): 7334 let me see if I can find that one. Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay. So I'm gonna get rid of this one but before I get rid of this one, let me give you the details cause I can always go back to it.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: So, so, so.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Where it was? Okay, so that one leaves at 9:45 AM and you get to your destination at 11:15 AM. Then returning we have air France 1843 on October 27th that the parts at 12:05 PM you arrive back in Paris at 1:25 PM, then you connect to air France, flight sixty from Paris at 2:30 PM, so they're really only gives you an hour and five minutes for that connection then you arrive, we're gonna double-check that this one arrives in Boston at 5:20 PM connecting to air France.
Customer: Right.
Customer: Is that enough time?
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Like 3518 that is in Boston is where customs, what happened? The layover is two hours and 35 minutes there and then you arrive back in Riley at 10:07 PM. We're gonna check the connections premium economy for that itinerary is $2,710.93 per passenger.
Customer: 2700.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): $10.93 per passenger.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: I think my, if you so I have it pulled up, I think it's cheaper to do the two and a half hour layover which might be better. I don't know, I don't know how Charles to golf can get a little backed up.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Was a little bit cheaper.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Understand. So, let's take a look here.
Customer: I think two hours is probably the minimum. Cause that is where I'm gonna do immigration is when I first land and car first, first land in France.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm.
Customer: Coming home is not a problem, so much. We have global entry you know that I can hopefully zip through.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, I do, let's see, okay, I do see the 7:34. So I see the 6:10 PM arriving at 7:55 AM and then connecting to air France 7334. At 10:25 AM and arriving at 11:55 AM. So do you see that one? Let's see here.
Customer: Yeah, it's just a forty minute difference but that might, I don't know.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): They can always help. It can definitely always help and let me look at there was another return.
Customer: So we weren't sure, I can, I was enough time to between the other one, we were gonna check that but we'll see what this does.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so there's another return here, it still starts off with air friends 1843 leaving at 12:05. And arriving in Paris at 1:25. But then you're connecting flight in Paris is air France forty that one leaves at 4:05 PM and it goes to Detroit that gets to Detroit at 7:55 PM and then from Detroit you connect to air French 2496. So detro where you would do customs and.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let's see 755 it's an hour and 25 minutes for that layover.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): There for that one. Let me check if there's another one.
Customer: I don't mind the two hours and 35 minutes.
Customer: Alright, so would that, would that left at four or something so that gives, that doesn't give me much difference in time. Does it for, yeah, I guess that gives me longer in Paris right to make the connecting. Okay, okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): What?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah, yes.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let's see, cause they leave at twelve. These are earlier.
Customer: And.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so there is an air France, flight 1643 this one leaves at 10:35 AM rise in Paris at 11:50 AM, then from Paris it connects to air French 32 which the parts at 2:10 PM.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So that's two hours and twenty minutes for the layover there. Then you arrive in Atlanta at five fifth I'm sorry, 6:55 PM. So, in Atlanta where you would do customs and let's see what is the lay over there.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Hour and thirty minutes.
Customer: Never make it.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, let me keep looking.
Customer: No, I mean, you won't, you mo, you won't from the international to get, we just did it and we it an hour.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah, sometimes, Atlanta customs be backed up. Yeah.
Customer: Yup, and it's crazy I mean, you got to walk that huge long thing. I mean even though you take the.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And then get on the train and.
Customer: Yeah, the, I would think he, I would think the Detroit would be a little better an hour 25 if I can turn around cause that gives me longer time you said in Charles the go, cause that's where I'm concerned. An hour and five in terrace, I don't know if that's enough time.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): A little bit better.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah.
Customer: To, to make it.
Customer: Okay, so, okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, I see another one. So we depart on air Frances, 1843 at 12:05 PM. Arrive in Paris at 1:25 PM. We have a two hour and fifteen minute layover in Paris. Connecting to air France 8984 that the parts at 3:40 PM. Then, that flight arrives in Atlanta at 8:45 PM. And in Atlanta there is a two hour and fourteen minute layover.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And your air France flight leaves at 10:59 PM.
Customer: That is a long day and then that means somebody's got to pick me up at midnight.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yes.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yes, so the Detroit.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And Detroit let's see, you would get home at 11:04 PM.
Customer: That's better.
Customer: Do you think I can make Detroit? I mean do they let you book that for an hour and 25?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let me try and see and then check those connections and see if it allows it.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Check the connections for. Okay, so it does say that the connections are valid, so that's good.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And see.
Customer: Yeah, cause that's, I'm looking at here so that's fifteen, that's sixteen hours of travel time then.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm now that one is pricing at $2,814.93 per passenger.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Mine's cheaper on Google.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Now sometimes I will be honest sometimes they are because the airlines usually have like different sales and discounts that they have that like automatically applies that they don't give travel agencies. So sometimes even in my own personal search I look through us and then I look online, I was like, oh, no, I'll take the discount.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Yeah, yeah. Alright, so let me, let me see if I have this one straight so we're looking at.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Customer: Air France flight 75. Let me, let me yell to my husband so when I say, that's all, he can hear it all at one time. Bill, can you come listen to this? Please quickly. This poor lady been on the phone with me forever. Okay?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, I was going to ask if you wanted me to basically get some flight options together for you and get you some prices and email that to you and then you guys can go over it and see which change you wanna make.
Customer: Okay. But let me just read this one to you cause I think this is the best one. But let's, let's just, let's just see. So we would leave RDU at 6:10 PM on air France, flight 752 and a half hour layover in Paris then we hop air France, flight 7334. And end up in March at 11:55. That gives you two and a half hours to go through customs immigration and have a Croom in Charles the golf. Okay CUNY homes, the rich park.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Customer: There is a shorter layover option but it's like, under two hours. What have you got? What's the choice. What to coming home. You agree that give me the choice. Well, there's another one here that leaves in fifty minutes sooner. But that leave that only leaves you under two hours.
Customer: Layover in Charles to golf. So you have to go through all that customs immigration all that stuff, right? So we want the two hours. Okay, so now I think, sorry. Coming back, we're going to leave air France, flight 1843 from Geneva at 12:05 PM. Have a two hour forty minute layover in Charles. The golf then take air France flight forty into Detroit. That seems out of my way and then.
Customer: Have an hour and 25 minutes to clear custom and immigration but we have the global entry. So, it should be pretty quick. Detroit is not so big right? And then we get in at 11:04 PM like a, we like that. Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Now, I will say what are your hiccups about Lo Anza. In united? Because I do see that the schedule that Michael sent you is a little cheaper and unless stop on the return.
Customer: Yes. So, I quite honestly I have never flown with Panza.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Customer: So, I don't know a thing about them and anything I hear about united or anytime I say it, everybody pulls the face or does whatever and, and you're gonna laugh at me. But when I ChatGPT the difference between the ball it clearly like delta and air France much more over united in Louisa.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Uh-huh.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I can understand that Perse, like for me I know like delta used to be my favorite but American airlines right now it's kind of like my favorite. So, I would kind of rank it like American, then delta then maybe like, well I would say American delta, Turkish and then.
Customer: So.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let me see.
Customer: Cause I'm going to be sitting out of plane for a long time, I want to be comfortable.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah, completely understand that.
Customer: I'm not opposed to coming back and coming in through Washington. I mean, that's great but I mean, really the difference in price is what $400.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah.
Customer: Is it worth it.
Customer: I know nothing about Loana nothing except for.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So I'm doing a comparison right now. So I'm comparing the premium economy from Mohana versus air France to see if it can break down for me, what would be better?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So.
Customer: I, it wasn't at united that left the door over on the aircraft somewhere.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Did they? Oh, gosh.
Customer: Yeah, like last year or two whatever year ago the door fell off. Remember all those people were sitting on the plane and the door had fallen off cause they didn't put the bolts back in after they did some service.
Customer: I don't even have a frequent flyer thing for united.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah, they definitely did they lost the door.
Customer: Yeah.
Customer: I think I'll pay $400 more.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Alrighty.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Oh, okay. I know right. I like my planes with doors.
Customer: I kinda liked the door on my, on my plane.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Oh, man, okay.
Customer: So if you were picking this or you were suggesting one as someone who does this a lot of more often than I do, which of these did you like, did you like that last one? We just went over the best. I think it's easier to come through Detroit than it is Atlanta.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): No, I did wanna take a look at something. What was I?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let me pull.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And what.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And with this one you get there.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Fala better.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I'm trying to look at all the comparison.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): What route would actually be better.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Before I lose this, let me just go ahead and save these details here.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Alright, so I'll have that for later.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So based on what I found so far.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay. So you did mention charge GPT. So, I ran over to my ChatGPT and FYI. I told mines to talk to me sarcastically. Okay.
Customer: Okay, okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): My chat G-B-T said Moana is functional and air French tries to make you forget that you on the plane. They said you've Hunza with feed you but air France will host you.
Customer: Oh, I like to be hosted.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So I see. I guess.
Customer: Well, it's a big difference when you're sitting there for eight hours and you're stuck in one little fee and you know if you know the German practicality people, yes, we get you there and we get you there but I want to be comfortable for those eight hours, I don't sleep on a plane, I can't too much going on I cannot sleep on a plane so I'm going to be awake sitting there for that amount of time.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah, they said what the service that Luana is accident. They Reli no nonsense. The crew checks all the boxes but air Frances, there are more attentive so I can see that.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: But in, in the united, I'm sure it didn't like united. Did you ask it united?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let me ask.
Customer: Yeah, see it says if doors on your plane are optional or not.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): It labeled this comparison, the premium economy show down. Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let's see.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So it does say united has the widest seats of all three.
Customer: Oh, oh, there you go.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay. Air friends have softer seat padding, and then move on to sees or just big step stalls with firm padding, but a whiteness is on united.
Customer: Oh.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let's see here.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So united has a decent recline air, France has a better recline but Lua recline is limited. So it's really right now between united and air France Lora is losing.
Customer: But it's the Lo tons of flight that heads out.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah, but I can look and see if there is a united one that is similar.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): But yeah, Luan losing right now, it's between the flight is between united and air France.
Customer: Do you want to take a united flight if it meant one way over, each way and was shorter and less money. I don't, okay, okay, okay to see what my husband thought being.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): It said.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So it says, it says for sleeping that air France wins but it says for space united winds let's go down a little bit more. Let's see when it comes to food.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): There's a noticeable upgrade from economy for united but air friends has the best food and presentation, so it does say that.
Customer: Who's least likely to lose my luggage?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah, for service, let's go to service.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so it says, for service, air France wins. It says united can be good air France usually is. But Luana does not care about your feelings best his back words.
Customer: I have to turn my ChatGPT to to phone, cause that's great, that's what I wanted to tell me. That in real-life.
Customer: Oh.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, and.
Customer: So, just out of curious is there another unit? Is there a united flight then that would get me?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I can take a look. Now. It does say here for baggage and ground experience loans. So winds for that one it says their logistics is better. Yeah.
Customer: Of course. The germ. Yeah, the German people are all.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah, it says Germany does logistics better than everyone else.
Customer: Yup, yup, I believe it, I believe I've been there many times and yes, they are, their public transportation is extremely punctual, it is exactly what it says. It is, it's no thrills, very, very, we, yes, yes, I can believe that.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Oh.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so, yup, it says overnight comfort air France for seat with and space united for food service air France. Consistency move Honza and then overall a friend want it because it runs more categories but let me just double-check united and we can see.
Customer: Thank you.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So the twelfth.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Send me the and back on the twenty seventh.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Those ones are cold sharing. Let's see if there's one that isn't.
Customer: Sorry, I'm getting my rice started for January. Sure.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): It's okay.
Customer: It's brown rice and it takes like a half hour. Okay cook. So if I don't get it started, we won't be eating.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so I'm looking at the outbound flights for united and it looks like a lot of them operated by Luana which is not what we want. We will want a united plan. So 851 no.
Customer: I, yeah, I think we I think we like the air France cause I think it's a known entity. We know what we're gonna get. It's a little better comfort and service overall even though it costs more. Are you okay with that husband says he's good.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Customer: So I think we want to go with the.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let me see.
Customer: Air Frank cause I don't want to deal with Loana I'm sure it's fine. I'm sure it would be great but I'm starting off a two week vacation of a river boat cruise in the south of France and I want to start off happy.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Understand. Okay, so let me.
Customer: And $40,400 when I'm paying $20,000 is really.
Customer: It's not gonna make or break it, so.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay. And did you want to use the same card that you previous use for the new flights as well?
Customer: I want to use the card, let me see if I had it cause, I got a new travel card. This one ends in 2796.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yes.
Customer: That is the one I want to use.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Customer: Now do I get the pick seats?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Let me see if the CA comes up. Good. I see.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yes. Okay. So, on the very first flight going to Paris the configuration is 242.
Customer: Okay, so let me, let, let me get their air and, and this is October 12th.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Mm-hmm.
Customer: And tell me the flight number again. Would you please.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Flight number 75.
Customer: 75. Okay, I'm on my seat map air website now.
Customer: Okay. Any chance ten A. and ten C. are available?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yes ma'am.
Customer: Perfect.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And the next one. Let's see.
Customer: It won't give you the next one, I'm probably gonna have to pay for an exit row.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yup, so the next one is air Ference 7334. That one the exit role is $26.90 per seat.
Customer: Okay. Do I do that or you do that?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I can add that in. Yes.
Customer: Okay, so let me get, let me get to that hold on so that is.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And that would be row fourteen A-N-C.
Customer: 7334 but that's not the twelfth, that's the thirteenth. Okay. I'm just looking on with you. I'm on my screen here, so, yeah, I take it. The first row is not available. Probably not.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): No, it's showing me from row eight all the way back and I see the exit is fourteen.
Customer: Two.
Customer: Fourteen A-N-C.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yes ma'am.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay. From Gene to pea, Paris, same fourteen A-N-C. Seats are the same price now. That flight is only, I think an hour and change, yeah, by hour and twenty minutes. So probably like an hour cause usually make it before the total thing. So it's up to you if you want to pay for that extra fees or if you just want them to assign you a seat. But for that aircraft, the seats do come with a fee. If you assign it ahead of time.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: $2,026.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yes.
Customer: Yes, I want an exit row.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so it will be the same, the fourteenth.
Customer: My, my husband's, my husband. Six foot four and if he doesn't have leg room next to him, he intakes up my leg room.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, yeah.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I understand. Okay, and AM forty that one is from Paris to Detroit row sixteen seventeen and eighteen are open.
Customer: I'm getting there. Sixteen oh, somebody took my front rose already.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yup.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): The front rose are taking now for 1515 B. is still open and then fifteen D., so you'd be out and Al and not. Okay.
Customer: No, I'd want no, no, I want to be so it doesn't matter. I guess the next 116 then A&D or something. That's fine.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so was sixteen AMB is taken but K&L are empty.
Customer: Oh.
Customer: Fine fine.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): And then for the last flight, let's see, that is 2496.
Customer: No, I like showing up as like, do you have it? You have it as an air France flight?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Which one?
Customer: The one that goes from Detroit to RDU.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): In Detroit RDU.
Customer: Like when I looked at.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Does show me as a air France flight, let me double-check here. Let me make sure it does say operated by delta. Yes, that very last one is operated by delta.
Customer: Okay. So let me I'm just wondering, I guess I look up delta then to see what it, to look at the seat map to see.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Now that one it is showing me row ten A&C open.
Customer: Okay, so that's 2839 on delta, delta 2839.
Customer: They go check my right and see if it's boiling and then turn it down and put the lid on it, please. Okay, sorry, 28 delta. Okay, why did it not take it. There we go. Okay, I'm sorry. What do you have open?
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): You're okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): It's showing me ten A&C.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): That first row in the premium economy, it is showing me that one.
Customer: Oh, that's not B. cause I have AB and C. maybe you have a different aircraft.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): It might be a different one but it won't show me the exact delta flight until it's put in. So right now it's just showing me, let me see if I can pull it up somewhere else.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): That one was delta.
Customer: That's so funny. It has a premium economy on that little tiny flight from here to the truck.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah, yeah.
Customer: And you know what it's, you want to know how big that row, it's two rows, it's ten and eleven.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Just there just that little section that sounds about right?
Customer: Oh, oh, sorry. 10:11 and twelve ten, eleven and twelve. Yeah, yeah, put, I'll take one of those seats, I guess.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Customer: What's the Dif what you, cause that then I'm getting off and I'm getting home too. I don't want no, I don't have to deal with all all the roof wrap in the back of the plane.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): That sounds great.
Customer: But I want to sit together and I think you can look at it, but it mine shows three rows acro, three seats across on each side.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Customer: So if that, is that how it comes up I'd want an aisle fee in the middle fee.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Customer: Yeah, and that first row looks like and he has even extra leg room before you hit first-class, I love that.
Customer: Cause I'm sure, by that point, I'm gonna be very tired and cranky.
Customer: The good news with all this is, my daughter can now come pick me up from the airport because my other flight came in right in the middle of her class time. She does grad school at night, a synchrony program and she's class till nine. But now she can come pick me up at eleven.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Nice. That is always a good thing.
Customer: To make up for all those flights she took that left at 6:00 AM that I have.
Customer: She actually takes this flight she has a friend that lived in. Our parents live in Traver city, Michigan and you take this delta flight to Detroit and then you take a a, a, a flight from Detroit to Traver city.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Not too bad.
Customer: Oh, no.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so what I'm going to do here is I'm going to get this flight together for you guys and I'm going to get all your information in there and then request a refund from the other flight and then I wanna make sure that I get the confirmation for that refund before I process this one but I'm just gonna get the profile for this one together.
Customer: Oh.
Customer: Perfect.
Customer: Okay, okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, so I can make sure I have those seats before I request the refund from the other one, so.
Customer: Yeah.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): I like to across all my tees.
Customer: Oh, yes, me too. And here I thought I was all done and set with this.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): It happens, it definitely happened. I have Leen one time to we put a flight in and as soon as the put the flight in and pay for it two minutes later got an email about a schedule change and it's like what?
Customer: Yeah.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): It definitely happened, let's, let's see here.
Customer: This was a hard one to try to piece together to find the right flights that we're going to go somewhere that we need it to be.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Yeah, especially with American having the best returns. Like cool, you got returns but what about your outbound?
Customer: Yeah.
Customer: Yeah, yeah, I'd rather have the three, the two legs coming back now because.
Customer: Unless, there was something that I could do here to get like fly from RDU to somewhere else you know, on the east coast, and then go over but I didn't even see anything that looks like that either.
Customer: So, we'll just go with this. I mean it's the most direct.
Customer: And if I can avoid Atlanta I think that would probably be better. I know that's deltas hub, but they're actually picking it up in Detroit. They're expanding their presence in Detroit.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Nice.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): Okay, yeah.
Agent (Jennifer Leslie): So I think I have all the details that I need here just confirming that. So I'm gonna go ahead and start that process. Like I said, I want to get that confirmation from.
