“I appreciate it. Thank you rose. Okay, you have a blessed week.”
Email Mable the Amsterdam river port address and Uniworld desk contact as promised. In early February, proactively reach out to confirm Oaxaca/Mexico City trip dates and pricing to move from inquiry to booking for the week of February 17th.
Full analysis
What happened
Mable called ahead of her Uniworld river cruise departure to the Netherlands and Germany. She discussed hotel pre-arrival logistics, asked about taxi arrangements from Amsterdam Airport to the Hilton and then to the port, reviewed tipping customs and gift-giving protocols (€1 per driver, €2 per tour guide, and discretionary gifts for chef/staff), confirmed luggage limits, and explored mobile phone options (SIM card vs. WhatsApp). She also inquired about the river port address (which Rose had to locate mid-call) and taxi cost estimates ($35–55). Mable shared that she is actively promoting Pavlus to friends and students via referral cards and has already forwarded the agency contact details. She then pivoted to booking a future trip to Oaxaca and Mexico City in February, asking Rose to help with airline tickets and noting her Aero Mexico and Delta frequent flyer miles. Rose confirmed she would email the port address and agreed to assist with the Mexico trip planning.
Emotional read
Mable is warm, engaged, and genuinely enthusiastic about her upcoming trip. She expresses nervousness about traveling so far but frames it as manageable ('not scared but nervous'). She is solution-oriented, methodical in her prep, and shows trust in Rose's guidance. By the end, she is relaxed and grateful.
Emotional arc through the call
Mable started calm and methodical, grew slightly more engaged as she worked through logistics and felt reassured by Rose's answers, and ended the call in a grateful, light-hearted mood ready to travel.
How customer sees Pavlus
- positive · actively recommending Pavlus to friends and students by name; sent referral pictures and contact details to at least two prospects
- positive · read Uniworld's full documentation provided by Pavlus and praised the quality: 'I read the whole thing that the uni sent me of the, you know, what to expect and all that stuff'
- positive · mentioned Pavlus offers good service and special discounts; forwarded promotional materials to referrals
- negative · called about a cheaper hotel alternative but never heard back from that initial inquiry
Process friction
- customer's hotel price inquiry from earlier call was never addressed or followed up on
- river port address not readily visible in electronic cruise documents sent to customer; Rose had to search and ultimately direct customer to uni world.com/port-location
- ship phone number not immediately obvious in printed materials; Rose had to confirm it was in cruise ticket/passenger contract
Value perception
Mable values Pavlus for their attention to detail, comprehensive documentation, special discounts, and personalized service. She is actively referring others, indicating strong confidence in the agency's value proposition relative to booking direct.

Agent (Rose Morrissey): Hi, be, this is rose from travel. Customer: Hello. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Good morning. How are you? Customer: Good morning rose. Customer: Oh, very good, thank you. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, are you all set and getting ready to go on your trip? Customer: Yes, we've been packing slowly and also we have been checking the weather over there so I'm just gonna take a little like a real light rain coach but but the weather seems like it's gonna be, I wanna say refreshing for us. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Good, good, good, good, good. Yeah. Customer: So, cause we have like really hot summers here so it's like, wow, it's, you know, 75 that's pretty good. Agent (Rose Morrissey): It's freezing, right? Customer: Oh, yeah. That's our fall weather, that's our winter weather actually so so we look forward to it and everything and, and we did get out some rose, you know, just enough or like we split it half-and-half and, you know, our only concern of course is making sure we get a taxi to the hotel and then from the hotel, you know, another day to, to the, to the port. So, we're hoping that hotel, I did call about about the hotel to see if there was another one just a little less than price. I mean, I know it's kinda step the $500 but I never heard back, so I don't know if you know anything about that. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, thank. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Let me see let me see the hotel we did we book the hotel for you? Yes, okay, let me see. Customer: Yes, mm-hmm. Customer: And we kinda went the blind way because we were anticipating maybe the hotel that works with Una world or any, I'm sure there's more than one hotel that works with uni world. But you know that the people there at the hotel are aware that we're uni world passengers. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, I would stay with that. I would say with that, yeah, I think you're at the Amsterdam hillton which is, yeah, and that's where all the that's what, that's the hotel uni world uses. And let's see, you were booked there, so you're gonna take a taxi from the airport to the, it comes to a better, it's breakfast, comes with breakfast. Customer: Hilton. Yes. Customer: Okay. Customer: Yeah, we should I think we arrive there pretty early. So we and you know we're gonna kind of pack where we just have, instead of the carry ons they're gonna be backpacks. So you know and not very stuff or anything. So, we're hoping to you know be able to have freely that just one luggage piece each, and then get a get a taxi from there you know just to in other words not have anything stale us but we have to go through customs so. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh take a tax. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, you do, because you're coming into a country, you gotta go through a custom and immigration. Yeah. Customer: Yeah, so that's gonna take some time if there's a long line or something which we hope that there isn't because the Olympics are going on, so we're hoping people will be over at that direction. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, they're gonna be any other direction so don't worry, you're gonna be fine on your, yeah, but, yes, so take a taxi, take your time getting to the hotel and when you arrive there you can just yeah, you know, the, when the room is ready, they'll check you in. But, you, you're right, yeah, I wouldn't change it. No, not this, not in this time, not in this, it's kinda late to change that. Customer: Yeah, okay. Customer: Mm-hmm. Customer: Okay. Customer: Okay, well, I have another question. Yes. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah. Customer: Oh, yeah, and that's fine. You know, it's, it is what it is and I even told Bruce, I said you know, I'm not gonna worry. I think we need to stay with what we have only because the connection is there and the concierge will be able to get us to the port on time. So but the papers that I, that I print it for the hotel and everything are there, are those gonna do for it? I mean, you know, it does have, okay. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, those are, yeah, those that's your voucher. Just take it with you. Mm-hmm okay. Customer: Okay, okay, I've printed all that stuff and I'm trying to think. What else. What else. The question do you have Bruce about? Oh, yeah, Bruce wanted to find out, so we're kinda just, huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Don't. Customer: Okay. Bruce is talking about, cause we're going to be there for a little bit longer with going to Germany and stuff. So we're talking about purchasing a SIM card that you could use freely when you're over there with the, with your cellphone. Yeah, do you think it's a good idea to buy it here or over there? Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Telephone. Okay, I. Agent (Rose Morrissey): I don't, I don't, I don't you may want to check with your provider but then your provider is gonna try to talk you into doing an unlimited international for the month. Yeah, but I, I'm not familiar with that about the SIM card. Yeah, because the, you know, you don't know if you buy it over there. I, I'm not sure, I'm not sure I, you may want to check with an apple store or something like that. I would, what kind of phone do you have? Customer: Okay. Okay. Okay. Well we just. Customer: Okay, well, you know we. Customer: Okay, that sounds good. Customer: Well, we have apple phones. And we're thinking that well it's because we have two kinds of pet sitters that will, will do an exchange because one's going on vacation mid midway of our trip and we have the neighbors but we also have renters. And so I just wanna make sure that you know, any possible scenario, we could walk them through it at any time. And now we do have what's app, you know, you just have to make sure you're under so, we have what's app and so, you know, we're able to. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Oh, what's? Yeah? Yeah, mm-hmm. Customer: We have already have certain people on there that could take charge if they had to. So. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): I, that's what I use, that's what I use when I'm overseas is what's that? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Customer: Okay. Oh, oh, really. Okay, well that's good to know. So it's quite possible we might just need just that the only thing I think we were thinking of is what if we had to call you know, within the, in Europe like call his family or something. Although Gurt, I don't know. I mean she's, she doesn't really look at, or what's at but I guess a phone call. She will pay attention to it but you know I think that's the only reason why we wanted it was just a half extra assurance, that's all. But we'll look into it a little bit more. And, and if it doesn't happen, it doesn't. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah. Customer: Doesn't happen and again, we'll just have to rely on what's happened and that's it, so, but. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, yeah, yeah, I you know what's app is, is, is worked for me for many years. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm. Customer: Oh, well that's great. Well, you know it as long as you have those people that you need to contact but if it's anything else outside of that you can't and I think that's why we were thinking about the SIM card like if we had to get a hold of the electrician or the plumber you know for a case. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yes. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): I see. Yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): You know what? I would check with apple store if you're gonna go to the apple store. I mean, just ask him a question about the SIM card. If you're going to be using your apple phone over there. Yeah, and then because I know if you go to your provider, they're gonna talk you into doing international. Customer: Mm-hmm. Customer: Oh, I see. Okay, I think that's what we'll do. Mm-hmm. Customer: Oh, yeah, yeah, I think we did already and so, yeah, and so and we're kind of pretty happy with what's happen anyway because you can send messages and everything pictures and then you can call them and even have FaceTime through that. So yeah, that I think we would rather stick with that but other from that I guess everything we know that it's only up to fifty pounds. So I think we're doing good with the luggage and you know, it's just, I guess little things here and there. I am taking some thank you cards cause I know we don't tip the people, I think the only people that we're going to have to tip because I read it on, I read the whole thing that the uni sent me of the, you know, what to expect and all that stuff and I think it was €1 per person for the driver. That will take us to sites and then two rose per person. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Right. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Right. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, okay. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): And. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah. Customer: For the, for the tour tour guide and so, so I you know, we we're, I've already got some load denomination rose for that and what was the thing I was thinking here, oh, I'm taking some. Thank you cards. And since we don't really tip the staff there at the unit world. My thought was maybe just giving them a thank you card. And then I have some things that I brought from Mexico that are really small they're just a Foy item and I thought like for the chef is it appropriate to give them a gift. Towards the end. Like just a gift. It's not monetary but just you know, a gift that represents us from Texas. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, yeah, yeah at the end it's all up to you know it's up to your discretion. It's yeah, it's included with you know, the but it's up to you. It's, everything is all included with with uni world you just, if you want to you know give something to the chef go ahead or to, yeah, to the it's up to you. Customer: Okay. Customer: Okay. Customer: Alright. Customer: Okay, okay. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay. Customer: Alright. Well, I'm taking some little baggies are real flat and everything and you know, if they especially if the made or, or the person who goes and changes sheets or whatever and I thought I read we have a Butler or something, or is that on another. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Maybe that's on another I don't know about. No, not. Customer: I think that's on another one, and I thought you know, there's possibly a Butler also. So, look Bruce somebody's here. Agent (Rose Morrissey): For a minute. Yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Well, you know, the other thing is don't forget to pass out your referral cards when people you get, you get money. Customer: Mm-hmm. Customer: Oh, yeah, I'm taking them with me. Customer: And I've told some friends, I actually took a, I took a picture actually of because she goes, oh, I sent her because in fact the guy that's here right now, that the dogs are barking his wife. I've been kinda teasing her. I said man, that would be great if you can come with us to a cruise like this and. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, yeah. Customer: She was like, well, you know, that sounds interesting and I said so I, what I did was I sent her a copy, I forward it one of those oh, the palest from your agency some trips that you know had were discounted and stuff and you know, they had a spec, you all had a special so I forward it to her and she goes, is this the agency you I said yes. And so, I took a picture of the card and I said, give her a call. I said when you fill you're ready and everything. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Right. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yes, yes. Customer: And I said, you know, you can go ahead and book something like this on there. How are you Steve? So anyway, so that was where we were at with that one. So, I hope she would and then one of my students, her name is Norma and she was interested in and I said she goes, who's the travel agents. I said well it's not here in Texas and she goes she is and I said, no, I said, but I said, you know they have good service and everything and so I think you know and so I gave her your name, I actually forwarded your email or your, or your name. I think it was your email, I forwarded it and I said you can contact her this way or call her, you know whatever. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Email uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Had mentioned your name. Always mentioned your name. Customer: Oh, yeah, well, I do, I said let her know, I said, cause I might get a little commission. I told her I said a referral fee. I. Agent (Rose Morrissey): You know what? It all depends on what they book, and if they book some, yeah, like for example silver C., if they book a silver C. Customer: Yeah, that's true. Customer: Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): That's $500. Customer: Wow, that's awesome. Wow. Mm-hmm. Agent (Rose Morrissey): And if you hit the jackpot and somebody books a world cruise, that's $1,000. Customer: Oh, oh, my gosh. Well, I'm not sure if I know anyone who wants to go around the world yet but I do have some good connection, so. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Oh, thank you. Customer: So. Customer: Yeah, well, yeah, well, I'm gonna go ahead and, and I'm taking those referrals with me just in case. And then you know, well, we look forward we're just ironing out last minute things rose cause it's a little hectic to go that far away across the pond and make sure your pets are taken care of, and then I freaked out yesterday because. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Oh, it is, it is. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yes. Customer: On next door the gal that is going to care for our pets. The first week, well, she lost a pet and I was like, oh, my god and, and now they're asking for $1,000 reward, it's a Yorke. Anyways, long story short, so I kinda had a little panic attack but I thought, you know what? Maybe she's so scared now that she's gonna take precautions and our dogs don't need to be watched and that's the good thing we live on an acre of land and you know what, that's their backyard. And and so there's no any of this, you know. We're gonna walk the dogs, no, there's no dog walking, they just need to worry about the chickens and you know. So, so we got thirteen chickens. I have to take pictures of them but everything is coming together and so it's the same thing like our trip to Mexico. So and also by the way, when I have to go back to Mexico, just for airline tickets, would you help me with that. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Oh, that's nice. Yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yup, yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Oh, good, good. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Sure, sure we're in Mexico. Customer: Okay. Well this time, we're thinking about what we're gonna, we're not gonna go anywhere. We don't think for the holidays, cause we just don't want to travel and ice or snow cause we're family lives but for February, we're thinking about Wahaka. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Oh, that's the southern tip. Is that the, is that the southern tip of that's Mexico, southern tip, right? Customer: So a, my cousin would meet us there. Customer: Yeah, but it's, yeah, it's right there, it's surrounded by cartel but that's okay because, because of the fact that they don't really metal with a tours at this point, I mean, as long as we're in the plaza area, that's it and so, but I'm gonna ask my cousin, I think I may just need airline tickets because my cousin, he worked for arrow Mexico, and he was a capped in pilot and now he just teaches pilots and their last like their residency or whatever anyway, and he said, well let's me to Wahaka and they're gonna rent a R. nb and, and all I need to worry about is my plane tickets. So you know, I'd like to make it to where it's possible that I may go to Wahaka for a few days and then from there go to Mexico city to go visit families for a few days but I don't know it might just be, I may want to just explore for one week. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): I see. Okay, okay. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, okay. Customer: And, and then go home. So I think we would like to enjoy it at least a week and it would be in February but I just thought you should know and I do have a frequent flyer with arrow Mexico and now with delta. So you know, just to keep that in mind but uh-oh yeah, I'll let you know and as we get closer and I already have the date more or less it's like, February the week of February 17th but I don't have the, I have the week. I'm just not sure what day yet so but as we get closer I want to get my tickets prior to okay, so but that's in the works, okay rose so you know, just kinda jot it down there on a calendar. Well, great I'm so glad you called, thank you so much for checking in on us and we so looks forward to our trip nervous and scared, not scared but you know, that okay, we're going to get there. I hope so well, very good. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, let me know. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, okay. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Alright, alright. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, well nice talking to you. Yes. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): No, you'll be fine. You'll be fine. Yeah, and then do you have the address of the port? The river cor, the address for the river cruise port. Customer: Do I have what? Customer: You know, I don't, I don't yet. Do you have that with you? Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, because. Yeah, yeah, yeah, let me email it to you. I'm gonna get it from, wait a minute, wait a minute. Did you get your electronic documents. Customer: Can you email? I was gonna say, yeah. Customer: Yes, I did but I didn't see where they had the port yet. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, hold on a second. Agent (Rose Morrissey): If we need to. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Currency credit card transaction currency. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Car travel. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Luggage tag, well you're doing your own thing so, you're not gonna see her private card transfer, you're going to do a taxi. Agent (Rose Morrissey): We did a taxi for our air hotel to the pier, to the port. Yeah. Customer: Oh, really. Do they take, do they take the, what do you call the debit cards or would be better? Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yes, be better. So anyways when you're at the hotel you're gonna see a unit world desk there or just ask the front desk. Is there a unit world representative. But I'm gonna get you the address. I don't see it in here, in these electronic does. Customer: I thought so. Okay. Customer: Okay, okay. Customer: Alright. Oh, that would be great. And also I'm pretty sure the taxing man will be familiar with the Hilton hotel Amsterdam because there should only be one. Right? Agent (Rose Morrissey): Oh, yes, yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, and make sure you take that voucher cause the voucher has your address, the address, okay. Customer: Okay, yes, that's, yeah, I've seen that so, but just in case he should know where that is. Agent (Rose Morrissey): But let me let me get the address for the port in Amsterdam for uni world and then I'll email it to you cause then they can give at least hold on a second pickup airport. Customer: Okay. Customer: Okay, that sounds good. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, let me, let me re, as oh, and also your cruise ticket and passenger contract has the to Anet. Phone number. The phone number of the ship. Customer: I don't know if I saw that but I'll take a look. I mean I printed everything and, and I kinda paper clip what was, what like the airlines, the hotel and then the cruise I'm just taking a whole bunch of papers so I, everything I printed from you all. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, it's there. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm mm-hmm yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay, that yeah, let me reach out to. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uni world. Because I don't see it in any of these documents. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Amsterdam. Oh, here it is, locations are subject to change up to 24 hours but you can, it says over here you can find the port by visiting uni world.com slash port dash location. So it's on your, it's on your look at your cruise ticket passenger contract. Customer: Oh. Customer: And we did that and it still didn't show it. Customer: Yes. Customer: Okay, okay. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah. Customer: Well, hopefully by then if there is somebody there at the uni world rep a rep there, then I'll just tell them, you know, okay, you know, what time do we show up? I mean, I'll ask them the rest of the questions of, okay, what time should we show up? Can we go ahead and you know get there or what's the address? Where's the port? I'm sure they're going to have the latest greatest on where the port is, right? I would think so, okay, or the hotel would be kind enough to find out for me or whatever that sounds good. Okay well I'm thinking I think we've covered all. Oh, and how about how much was your, well I'm sure the distance means a lot but like just a base price there with rose with a taxi just so that we don't look dumb. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, mm-hmm yeah, yeah, check on that one. Agent (Rose Morrissey): I hold on a second, let me just see. Customer: I'm thinking it's probably like $40 maybe. Customer: And we could probably ask some of the taxi people. Like, what they're charged to take us to that hotel, you know, and just see, you know, who has a, a price that they could. Customer: Offer us. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Amsterdam. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Central. Agent (Rose Morrissey): 35 to fifty five-year olds from the airport. Customer: Okay. 35 to six, okay, well, we should have those cash. So that's not, that won't be a problem. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Mm-hmm but you know what? You can also get els at the airport using the ATM. Yeah. Customer: Yeah, that's true we could, I thought I'd go ahead and you know, the euros going up because I think I bought it a lot cheaper a week ago, and then in one week, it went up. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Oh, because of the, because of the Olympics, huh. Customer: That's what I'm thinking, it's the Olympics, it's bumping the price now so but I was pretty lucky to have bought it half of that money lower amount I did this time. So, but you know, I'm keeping what we have and if we need more rose or we feel that we have to, then we'll go to a bank or I don't know about going to an ATM card but machine but I'll ask the hotel. Okay. Well yeah, I'll just ask where is the close for? Yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, yeah, yes, yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): That's what I do. That's the hotel. That's the hotel and see the hotel. Even, yeah, you can get money into the hotel but the exchange rate might be a little bit higher. Customer: Oh, I see. Okay. Well, I think we have enough we took out $600 total of. So I'm thinking you know, cause I'm not buying any kind of heart or nothing. If we buy anything by the time we get to Germany we'll go to like a little supermarket with my cousin and you know, I could either use my card there or just buy a little mostly chocolate. I mean, you know, just to kind of give some to the, a pet sitter and to thank them. Along with their check and everything something from Europe and I have some friends too that. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, okay. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Oh, that's twenty, that's plenty. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): So, so, pick, you know, pick those up as. Yeah, the, at the grocery store, it's cheaper. Yeah. Customer: Yes. Yes and that's what I'm gonna do. That's my plan. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, that's what bos, yeah, okay. Customer: So, I'm not gonna worry about anything. Yeah, I'm not gonna worry about anything while we're on the you know, if they say, oh, you all have time. I know they're all gonna be tour spot spots but I want to see mostly we're very interested in like the architectural parts of the buildings. That's what we want to see the beauty of all of that and, and enjoys some good food and everything. So, we'll see how it goes rose. We're geared up and so we'll see what happens. I don't think if I have any questions, I'll email it to you and, and then we'll just go from there, okay, so, thank you so much for calling me. I appreciate it. Thank you rose. Okay, you have a blessed week. Okay, and alright, you too. Thank you. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Uh-huh. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yes, yeah. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Okay. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Thank you, mab. Agent (Rose Morrissey): Yeah, you too, you too. Take care. Bye-bye, bye-bye.
