Simultaneously, send guest relations note to search for alternative Amsterdam hotels within $150–250/night price range near city center or canal areas, with air conditioning and preferably major chains (Holiday Inn, Radisson, Double Tree, etc.), and report back findings so customer can decide whether to cancel Hilton before the May 13–July 23 free cancellation window closes.
Full analysis
What happened

Mable called to resolve confusion about incomplete airline ticket information (missing flight times and numbers on the San-Detroit leg). The agent worked through the booking system, discovered equipment and flight number changes due to scheduling updates, re-confirmed all four flight segments and seat assignments (consulting with her husband on preferences), and explained layover times and customs procedures. The conversation expanded to cover hotel alternatives in Amsterdam (the agent searched for options below the $500/night Hilton rate), tipping customs for the Uniworld river cruise, currency exchange, packing advice, and Amsterdam activities including museum visits and brewery tours. The agent sent corrected ticket information to three email addresses and committed to having guest relations search for alternative hotels within a $150-250 price range. The customer left satisfied with extensive practical guidance on her July 25–August 12 trip.

Emotional read

Mable began the call somewhat anxious and confused about missing information on her airline tickets, but gradually became more confident and enthusiastic as the agent provided detailed solutions. By the end of the 91-minute call, she was warm, grateful, and excited about her upcoming trip, frequently expressing appreciation and asking for the agent's recommendations on activities and packing.

Emotional arc through the call

Mable started cautious and somewhat anxious about incomplete ticket information, but gradually warmed into enthusiasm and genuine gratitude as the agent patiently resolved each issue and offered rich practical advice rooted in personal experience, ending the call effusive and eager to continue the relationship via email.

How customer sees Pavlus
  • positive · praised Denise by name multiple times, saying 'you've answered all my questions' and 'I think you've answered all my questions. Denise, you know, I know now that we tip'
  • positive · expressed strong gratitude: 'Denise you have been so helpful that I am so happy that I got a hold of you' and 'I really am cause you just kinda put every'
  • positive · offered to give positive feedback to higher-ups: 'I'm gonna give you a high file on that if somebody from your higher up I will tell them, hey, she's great'
  • positive · mentioned previous positive experience with agent Leanne: 'the last person who did this for me was Leanne senior air comers' (referencing prior booking)
  • positive · appreciated Pavlus referral program: mentioned having already referred people (Norma and another lady named Dart) and expressed hope referrals reach the agent
Process friction
  • airline tickets printed with missing information (flight times and flight numbers for one leg) sent by prior agent in February
  • system limitation: agent could not update seat numbers in invoicing system after changes, only in airline system; had to send tickets from multiple sources
  • flight equipment change caused seat layout change (from 3-3 to different configuration), requiring seat re-assignment and creating confusion about what was current
Value perception

Mable valued Pavlus's personalized, in-depth support highly. She appreciated that Denise took time to explain complex details (flight changes, customs procedures, hotel options, packing tips) and drew on personal travel experience. She explicitly stated, 'you just kinda put every[thing together]' and indicated she would refer others and leave positive feedback.

Agent (Denise Fritz): Travel your department. Did he speak may I help you?
Customer: Hi, Denise, my name is Mabe brown and I just need to clarify a, a flight ticket that I purchased. I, I've actually this is a palest travel, cause I didn't hear it. Okay. Alright, the last person who did this for me was Leanne senior air comers and and I kept wondering these, this was back in February 29th that she sent me the copy of my airline tickets and I noticed something. I kept thinking, why am I missing information on this air flight ticket and I actually copied, printed it twice and for whatever reason, I have missing information and one of them is if, unless you want to take a look at the record, cause I guess I'm just.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yes, mm-hmm.
Customer: Talking without you seeing it. Is there anything I can give you for you to look at this? Like a confirmation or.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Let me see if it pulls it up by your name. Let me see.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And what's missing off of it.
Customer: I'm sorry, what was what?
Agent (Denise Fritz): What, what's missing off it. I'm sorry I'm losing my voice. So, just turn my phone up more. I'm gonna not have a voice in about a fifteen minutes which I've done before but, oh, well I've done before, I just turned the phone off and then I just everything by email and it really, I get lots done let's see.
Customer: Oh, that's okay.
Customer: I give you a Vic thing but you're too far.
Customer: Okay, I'm sure you do the flight that's missing is okay, we have the flight with delta airlines the flight number. 788. I have the departure of san San to Detroit. But then the pieces are missing the flight time and I have, in fact I don't even have the flight number that's missing from Detroit to it's all just, it's like, it cut it off or something.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Customer: And I was wondering would it be possible to get a more, I mean I can write it down and everything but I'm wondering if this is, this the actual ticket for us to take at the counter. Because I don't see, oh, well, I mean I don't know it might be too early to get boarding passes but I just don't see it as would they be able to take this. I don't know, I mean it.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I maybe glitch or something in the system. Let me see cause it July 25th.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And then returning August 12th, right? It looks like it's all there. Let me go into our air system cause usually when we send it over we usually send it from both, both programs as an attachment. So maybe something happened me have to sign in. Let's see.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Signed in.
Agent (Denise Fritz): San to Dallas to Amstrad and then on the way back mm-hmm.
Customer: I don't have Dallas, I thought it was Detroit. It yeah, unless we're going to Germany somewhere else that.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I'm sorry, it's Detroit, I'm sorry, Detroit. Okay. Yeah, I'm sorry, I went through a heavy, heavy medical treatments yesterday and I am just like not thinking to. I see it but then I see something else. So, I apologize. It's like, okay, so Detroit and then Detroit, the Amsterdam, and there's like an hour and thirty minute connection time.
Customer: Oh, oh, my gosh, that's okay.
Customer: Okay, let me put on here cause I don't have it.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I'm gonna just re resend myself copies of these and then we'll just see when I send it over. What it looks like on your end. Okay, and let's see, so then looked correct.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Now, is that one hour going to be enough, don't we have to go through customs before we go or is it?
Agent (Denise Fritz): You'll actually go through customs in Amsterdam.
Customer: Oh, in Amsterdam but, and Detroit we don't have to, right? Okay. I got you. I was gonna say one hour I don't think so.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Right.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, and then on the return it's from stood guard on the way back.
Customer: Yes art.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And then there, you've got a longer layover. You have little less than five hours.
Customer: Where do we have a layover on where from where?
Agent (Denise Fritz): At Atlanta.
Customer: Oh, why don't we have five hours?
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, let me look at what there might have been a scheduled change or something.
Customer: Oh, but I may need that but I may need that because of customs.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, usually they've been saying like two hours or more, but a lot of these are really kind of recommending three to four hours just a little bit longer.
Customer: Well, I think the five hours, I'm not gonna complain because if we have to go to cut through customs there may be a very long line.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah, especially yeah, it's still pretty busy time. Yeah, it look like there's been a schedule change. So let me make sure your seats are still there.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Tank might have lost the seats on the first one, let me see.
Customer: I, the first one I have eighteen C. C. eighteen D D. that san San to Detroit.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I think those might have fell off let me.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I wanna see, was there scheduled change. It was a little bit of a scheduled change on that one and a flight number change. So, let me, let me see if those just still back.
Customer: Mm-hmm okay. Well, maybe do you think you could, well, after we kind of go over it, would you mind after we go over it, would you mind sending me and then hopefully it'll print all of it but it might be best if I write it just in case it doesn't and but, oh, well, but go ahead and finish what you're looking at and then we'll go run through it.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah I'll send it over, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, and I think there was maybe a flight equipment change. So the layouts different on that plane, the seating is three and three. I think before, I think you had Illes across. Maybe, was that what you had? If the layout was the same. C-N-D, those are usually Les across is across, on this new aircraft are.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: It's quite possible. I don't, don't remember but it's quite possible.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): See, there's 29 rose on that one the is across are 2025 C-N-D or there's some further forward like a window in middle I could do.
Customer: It's not on an exit. Is it? I don't want to be responsible.
Agent (Denise Fritz): No, no, but no 919 A-N-B would be a window in middle. Oh, yeah, otherwise.
Customer: A window and middle. Okay, we don't have like Ile, the Isle. There's no Ile, the Isle.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Road 25 would be the best Les across.
Customer: I think we'll.
Customer: Gosh. I just don't know how full that flight's gonna be. I mean, we should have once we land. I mean we would still have an hour to get to our other flight. So I would have to say now is there a third seat is there.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And that flights only how long is the flight? Oh, wait should tell me here the three hour flight.
Customer: Okay. I'm gonna put here three hour flight is that a middle seat in a and an window, is there an Isle on that one?
Agent (Denise Fritz): Well, you could do Les across road 25 or you could do a window and middle nineteen.
Customer: Yeah, but the one that you gave me the, okay, but the one that you said a window in a middle seat, is it just two seats there and there's not like a third one. So.
Agent (Denise Fritz): No, some the Les already taken cause the seating is, yeah, the seating is three and three.
Customer: Oh, that was already taken. I see. Okay, my husband just walked away. I wish she wouldn't cause I'd like to ask him.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Well, I can look at the, why don't we look at the other ones while we're waiting? And then the second one.
Customer: Okay. Okay. Alright let me. Okay while you're doing that I'm gonna do a big screen but I'm not gonna put it, hold on. Let me call him. Hold on, hold on. Well go ahead and look at it but let me call him, hold on. Great.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Customer: Come on in, I need you to make a decision on, on seating come there.
Customer: Okay, my husband's coming, so this way cause I don't wanna make that decision and it goes why didn't you get ing, and then it's gonna be what? So hold on in, oh, I have.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, I never heard that before.
Agent (Denise Fritz): No, we hear that all the time and then it's like, okay, then I change it and then like people do sets like nine months ahead of time and I swear to god, two weeks before they go what happened to our seats? Why do we have these I'm like sir six months ago you told me to change them so I did but and I'm like, here and I take really really good notes, I'm like, I occasionally screw up and I'll admit it but that one no you had told me to change up.
Customer: Yeah, exactly.
Customer: Yeah.
Customer: Exactly. Exactly. I don't want to do that. I don't wanna do that.
Customer: Now I take notes too. I take notes to, I'm back, I'm writing, I'm right here. So, we're gonna go ahead to head. Well let me.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Like well and then the guy didn't even email me back so I don't know what happened. If he might have been really picked. I have no idea. I was like fine I'll just leave him where I, where they are.
Customer: I'm gonna put you on speakerphone, so he can hear you okay. So, hold on, come on over here, let me put you on speaker, where is there go. Okay. Are you there?
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay, okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Customer: Okay. She said on this flight right here cause there's been an equipment change ange. So by the way the flight number is gonna change too as WellRight well she's gonna send me a whole new one. But let's just, yeah, so the flip, the seat has changed because of the equipment now another airplane and she says there's a window and Ile, and that was nineteen, right?
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, we will send everything new.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah, window and mid window and middle road nineteen.
Customer: On the window, and Isle it was nineteen.
Customer: Okay. And then the two Isle.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Or Les across road 25.
Customer: It's not on here it's don't look at this it's just on this is the one san San to Detroit and we have a one hour and submitted layover does it matter to you or no good an and a window. So there's only, no, not an Isle and a window would be an, a window in a middle seat cause the Isle take it on that cause that's like so that, or go back 25.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And there's only 29 rose.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Middle road nineteen or is across road 25. If it, if it were me I think I'd take the road nineteen because you're closer to get off seeing that's a little bit closer connection time.
Customer: What do you think the nineteen or a mile seat? No, nineteen is a window and a middle seat. And that's the only choice here. Well, that says close as we can get to I to Isle. Yes, no, that'll be fine. Oh, you. Okay. Let's go ahead and do.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Time, no window and middle.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Or there's another option road 23 reset side has a window middle, and is, I could give you the window in the Isle and leave the middle open, but they may see somebody there at some point.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Yeah, that might seat somebody I think let's just tag with a 191. Yeah, just, WellWell, it's three hours. Yeah, it's three hours.
Customer: Well, let's go ahead and take that so we have to discuss things or whatever right there. We don't have to do it Ile, to Ile let's go ahead and take the, I'm gonna write it down the window and the middle seat, and that's that nineteen.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Nineteen A AB.
Customer: B. Nineteen A. AB. Okay. And you know what, we have our backpack so we could almost slip them in under there. Okay, nineteen A. A. BAlright. Now the one from Detroit to Amsterdam. See, I don't have any of that information on here. Other than it arrives at 8:15 and that's all I have. Everything else I don't have, that's weird.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Well, let me go through those seats, and then that one they had you the seating there is two four and two.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And the seats they had was on the two seat side, the window on the Isle.
Customer: Two.
Customer: Okay, we have a two, okay, what type of that?
Agent (Denise Fritz): Or or we could do is across if you want.
Customer: No, I think the one that we're sitting together that would be fine. The two seat, one.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And then.
Customer: And, I don't even have the aircraft. What it is.
Agent (Denise Fritz): That one is Airbus A3 303000. Series.
Customer: Now.
Customer: Okay. Oh, here it is. I just found it right here but not the other information. Okay, and we do, we still have the same seats. I think we do. I think that's what you just said.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I can't see what was, let me see on the other one.
Customer: I have written 44 A&D.
Agent (Denise Fritz): A-N-B, yeah.
Customer: Okay, the missing part is, I don't know what it, what time it departs Detroit?
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, I'll send it all over, let's run through the seats so I can get those confirmed. Then I can send it over. Yeah, and then let's see.
Customer: Okay, yeah, that would be good. Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): To Atlanta, she's got you on the two seat side. 4042 AB.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And that's a, that aircraft has two, three and two.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And that's a bowing. 767.
Customer: Okay, alright, and then.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And if you need the series, it's the 300 series.
Customer: Okay, the 300 series. Okay. And then and then how long is our layover in Atlanta we arrive at. I think it looks like 210 is 151-0210. I think it's 310. Oh, it's 310. Never mind. It's 3:10 PM if it's the same time. But anyways I just curious to know if the time change then how long do we have on our layover.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, so that looks good.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Let me go back.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Let's see.
Agent (Denise Fritz): The layover on the return was from 310 to 805.
Customer: Okay. Oh, because we need it for the custom, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, I think let me see if that one changed.
Customer: That that's fine.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I think that one changed a little bit. The one from Atlanta got a little bit later.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Uh-oh passing 310 will, you'll be sending me that information but just so that we cover for customs just in case. And you know, I just want to have that time to know that we, you know, we have to go through there. Okay. I guess that's it. That's what I, let me see what do I have back here now? Oh, and then Atlanta, okay, then, then it's from Atlanta to san San, now this page did come out, but I just wanna reconfirm if we have the same hours, what's 1940. That's so 7:40, okay, okay, 7:40 PM.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Or you need the seats on that last one.
Agent (Denise Fritz): 7740.
Customer: And then it arrives at 2111. What's that? That's ten, okay, that's like about 101-109-9911.
Agent (Denise Fritz): No, it's 99 oh, you have to just take that number minus twelve that's how I remember it.
Customer: Okay, that'd be 9:11 PM? Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I bet your husband was in the military.
Customer: He worth a bowing.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh.
Customer: So, you know the airplane so he knows what plane is it. What plane is it?
Agent (Denise Fritz): I don't know if they do everything a military time there, but I.
Customer: I think they do. I'm not sure but that drives me.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I said he was a calculator. Sometimes, sometimes I'm like right off the bat, and then sometimes I'm not messing with it, just minus twelve.
Customer: So.
Customer: Yeah, there you go. Well, I'm gonna remember that in fact, I'm writing it down minus twelve. Oh, I'll take the calculator off of that one, okay? So then, the, is the time has a change or the slide or the equipment.
Agent (Denise Fritz): The.
Agent (Denise Fritz): The time change it went, it was a little bit, it's a little bit later now in Atlanta.
Customer: Okay, so.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Let me see if they change a flight number. Flight number stayed the same.
Customer: 2893 okay. And let's see.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And I don't remember on the aircraft that changed.
Customer: I have it right down below here. Airbus industry 23 yet.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah, that stayed the same. Yeah, so, so, on this last one it was seating was three and three and we got, is across 21 or I'm sorry. 2022 C-N-D.
Customer: Okay, that stay the same.
Customer: Okay, that's still standing. Okay. Alright, well, and there's a possibility that could change as well, am I correct? I'm pretty sure it can.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yup.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, so we're fine of out, I mean, well, this is July. I had something last week for, like two weeks from now, so.
Customer: Okay, okay, and then, well, that's true. Well, I was gonna ask, so then you're going to go ahead and resend us and, okay, and can you also resend it to two more emails? I'm gonna cover for my husband and also, I have another email cause sometimes I have some funny issues with mine. Can I go ahead and give you those two?
Agent (Denise Fritz): Could still, could change but probably won't.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, I'll resend this.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, I'm gonna blink them all in here. So it goes to all of them. So, is yours, is yours very, very on okay. Okay. And then we've got, I think the other one I see is B. brown.
Customer: That would be good. Mm-hmm.
Customer: Yes, that one burly on uh-huh G-V-T-C .com.
Customer: Yes, that one's a good one and then the other ones then is, it's. I'm gonna spell it out to you. It's really my first name Mable. And then it's underscore and the letter B. The letter B. For brown at iCloud .com.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay, and what's the last run?
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yup, mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay, let me add them all in there. That way they're all linked cause sometimes they're all separate, and then are the person that sends over the updates and things sometimes she doesn't send them to all of them. So, it's just easier. Just, I link them in here. Okay. I see. UD .com.
Customer: Yes.
Customer: Yeah, that would be good because that one would arrive, the iCloud would allow me to email it to the people. They're going to be watching the house and everything. So, that'd be good.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, okay. Yeah, then you can just forward it over from there. Okay. Okay, so let me see. I think I requested this so there should be an Erb, here's this. The one.
Customer: Exactly.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: And when I print this out, is that going to be our airline tickets and if, and how I guess, well the boarding pass I'm not too concerned cause I still have to check-in the luggage anyway and I could get my boarding pass there.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, you can go on the delta side and you either, some people download the app on their phone and do it that way or if you just want to do it on your laptop you can just go in like, 2448 hours before and it on the delta site and it'll say check-in for your flight and then it'll just walk you through and then you can prete your boarding passes there. Let me see mm-hmm.
Customer: Uh-huh.
Customer: Okay. Oh, okay.
Customer: Alright.
Customer: Okay, okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Else down here.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And did you have freaking flyer numbers to add?
Customer: No, but if I if I think about it I might see if I call them and create one. I guess I've never had a delta, frequent flyer so I would.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yup. Actually, the easiest place is to sign-up on their website. Actually, yeah, yeah, and then if, do you have any like, security numbers TSA numbers or anything?
Customer: Oh. Really. Okay. Well then, that's what I'll do okay. Sign-up on website.
Customer: Security numbers or T-S I have a global entry. I don't know if that counts. Ts is that what?
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, we can add, yeah, we can add that.
Customer: Okay. The global entry, yeah, so do you want my global entry number? Oh, okay. Yeah, well, let.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah. You have them handy. Yeah, cause I can add them in there. I don't see them in there, so I just usually ask.
Customer: Okay, hold on. Well we have the global entry we can start off with mine. I have it right here, believe it or not. Well, I put everything here on the table to go through all. So I know it's a little bit early but it's better than never, oh, I might need a magnifying glass. Oh, here we go. I put it here at the line it's.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay, I'm ready.
Agent (Denise Fritz): That's okay. I got my cheaters on all day. I take them off I take, I've been wearing, I'm so, so much that when I take them off, I'm like, I can't see anything I'm like this is not usually I'm on and off all day with them. But now it seems like I just leave on all days.
Customer: Oh, hold on I got the, I got the passport ID hold on let me put, get the other one hold on. Passport ID. Oh, here's the here is my global, I was wondering why has it says global entry and the number on it is, hold on. Let's see.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay, okay.
Customer: Where is it has my date February, USA to, oh, what here it is, it's on the other side then okay, well it says.
Customer: Half ID slash numbers of identification. Well, there's two kinds of numbers here actually I see three number of identification. Here we go. Let me just give you this one first. There's one that's right below the scan and I have a suspicion that could be it but.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Let me, let me pull up on the internet where those numbers are because I know that I had somebody else, they had a whole bunch of them.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Yeah, my big guest, my big guest is under the scan code because as I look my eyes go down then it repeats it again with the I-G-U-S-A 133032764 blah, blah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Cause it, yeah, it usually says, it usually says this is your non traveler number. So, I think it's that first set and then behind it as like a letters and a couple of more numbers. Okay, yeah, yeah, we want the numbers in front of that I think.
Customer: Yes, there is a couple of more numbers and it kind repeat what the, okay, so it's, well it says IG and then USA and the number is 133032764 now continues on with well let's see. It continues on with a number of 116-463-9417.
Agent (Denise Fritz): That's too many, I think it's just that first set those letters after it cause it says pass. What is this thing, I can't.
Customer: Oh, I see what you're talking about and then there's some letters. Okay, let me read this other, this is on the left hand side, it's one, okay, 164 63 9417. And then there's letter S. Letter C5. 80.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, this is on the left hand. Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay. Yup, it was that, yeah, it was that first step. Yup.
Customer: Okay, that first set. Okay, good. Alright.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yup. Okay. Yup, that's yours, and then what about for Bruce?
Customer: Okay, Bruce do you have your oh, here it is. His is 164 52 6854. And it's S. C2 34.
Agent (Denise Fritz): So, I'm gonna put those where they belong. Let's see PNR add.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Eury.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Light.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay, I got his in there.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay, and then usually it'll come up when you go on the delta website, it'll show on there. Let's see. Let me get yours in there security.
Customer: Okay. Oh, okay, it.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Make sure.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): My piece right now.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay, okay so then in a seat show so I'm gonna send myself another copy. Yeah, okay, so we got that you're gonna see about signing up for.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Cause you might as well you'll get quite a few numbers. I mean, credits for that, so.
Customer: Mm-hmm oh, so.
Agent (Denise Fritz): See.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I'm just waiting for that to come through.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): My name.
Agent (Denise Fritz): But I'm gonna see if in, in our computer system if there's any way I can update like some things in here. But I don't think it's gonna let me like the, I can update flight numbers and times, but I don't think it's gonna let me.
Customer: Yeah.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Update the seats in there, so, I hate to send that one over from our computer system cause it's just gonna show the wrong info I think but let me try it and see what happens if it, when I change this. It does. I don't know why it does that. It just some things it, I can see it in there when I print it but I can't see a way to change it.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I don't know it, it'll show right in the booking system but it won't show it correctly. And this other thing, four people. Let's see if I can get, I can get the times in there and then I'll pull it up again. Eight, she like the first flight number and time changed let me see the second one.
Customer: Oh, interesting. Well.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Second one stayed the same. The third 11 I know changed now the flight number stayed the same on that one and the time state same.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Cool.
Customer: Would you know, just off the bat just, I mean cause sometimes those things don't change for like eons but the weight of a luggage per person, cause we're gonna take one each, I think it goes. Is it still at fifty pounds? Okay, that's very good. Thank you.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, it's still like £50. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I know some of them.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I thought I said something from somebody that said that it was gonna be on some of these airlines were going to £70.
Customer: Oh, wow.
Agent (Denise Fritz): But I, it's only, well, I only saw one of those come through but, so.
Customer: Unless it's seventy like thirty five and thirty five or something.
Agent (Denise Fritz): These numbers.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, I only saw on one airline but there was like something else they were charging for every other little thing there that so, like well that seems not a good trade-off what are they doing but case I got the flight as flight numbers 93, I think I might have been doing this since I was going long before and changed all those yeah, I got those changed but it still shows the other.
Customer: Oh, yeah.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Seats in this thing and I don't have, I don't think I a way to fix it. Let me poke around in here and look cause there's some.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Know why I thought I was messing with this at one day to see if I, there was somewhere to see where to change it but I don't see any way way to get those off. Fair.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And I don't know why it does that if there's no way to put it, well, well we have the airline system program and then we have our system program and so that's where ours shows the pricing and the ticket numbers on it and then there's also one from the airline system and the airline System1 is the one that has more information on it but when we first run a ticket and pull it through, it'll show those seat numbers but whenever we go in there and change those seat numbers, there's not anywhere to on this our invoicing system to change it for some reason.
Customer: Are all on an airline where program on?
Customer: See a long time.
Customer: Oh, okay.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I went in there. Let me GO1 other place.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Type a note in it underneath it, but it does look good. I don't think we have figured out where there was a way to put it in there, unless, I just cancel all those flights out of the retype Wa, in there.
Customer: Yeah.
Customer: Yeah, I don't know. Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I could do that but yeah, cause I swear I looked at this the other day for somebody I didn't see it. But when I send the one over from our air system which is the most up-to-date information then it'll have those seats in there has the, let's see, has the.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Airline booking number from delta aircraft has the seats in there. It has, it has a lot more information than our invoice has on it. I can forward this over, let's say forward.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Tach that first.
Customer: You might get the email.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Aches in here. Yeah, well, what between the three.
Customer: Yeah, figured he could look into this if he got it.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Hey.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Let me back over to the thing I had that attached. Okay, and we can say forward.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay. Where all those emails? Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I'll send a copy to rose too cause I think.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Is your agent?
Agent (Denise Fritz): I see, I maybe I can take the ticket numbers and put it on this part.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Nip that off of that other one, I think.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Invoice.
Customer: And I don't know if you can think aside on this one but have you ever traveled to Amsterdam cause it'll be our first time and I.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yes.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yes, I've been through there. A couple of times. Always buy your cheese. They're on the way home, or actually, wait, no, you're not coming back from there. Well, you can buy your cheese when you arrive in pick, pick up a little bit for your trip.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Oh.
Customer: Oh, WellWell I love cheese. But I do wanna ask you since we're doing that unit world. I'm looking at the hotel Hilton and I think it's like about twenty or thirty minutes away, I'm not sure but that's the information I thought I found. Cause I've got like a little scratch notes here.
Customer: And the unit world, I'm just wondering if there's another hotel that, cause I think hillton it's because they use packages with them but are there other hotels that we might be able to have maybe just cause our hotel is like for $500 for just one night and so I just wanted to find out if I could, cause it says here that I have a, a ten free cancellation between May 13th to July 23rd and I thought, well, unless I can find something I would do it right away. But I'm curious to know if you think there is a hotel you could recommend or one that you think that.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Let's see.
Agent (Denise Fritz): What was it called? Hilton Amsterdam. Yeah, the hotels are really expensive Europe. You could find something for, let me just see where this is.
Customer: Yeah.
Customer: But if it's less you know, I don't want to throw you off there with the airline thing but I just thought I'd take your brain a little bit too on that one and.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Let's see.
Customer: And just see if there's anything that might be kind of right around near the area but you know, I know it's still gonna be a distance. It's not like we're gonna walk over there with our luggage but just one that maybe might be just a little bit well I guess kinda close into that area. In fact, I don't even know what port we're gonna.
Agent (Denise Fritz): With that shows here.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I don't think they assigned the port till super close to departure just.
Customer: Okay, so that yeah, cause I was looking for it, and the last print out that I made a print out of actually Uniworld sent this one and I guess it sent it to rose to.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, they usually send it like 2448 hours before because, because and that should be a contact information. The electronic documents when they send it. Yeah.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: I see it right here. Yeah, it says here locations or subject to change up to 24 hours prior to arrival and so it doesn't even have the one for.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, cause it kinda depends when what's open what doc location. Yeah, cause there's so many boats in and out of there that harbor master if they told you further ahead of time you might show up at the wrong place and that it's not like you can walk from these doc to docs cause they're so far apart some of them are, you know, summer we went on been through there with.
Customer: I see. Yeah. Mm-hmm.
Customer: Alright.
Customer: Oh.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Biking. I think I went in there with AMA and some of the, some of them were pretty far from the city. I mean, you could see like the train station but there was no way you'd never be locked that far. So you're probably gonna have to take a tax you probably anyways to get care especially what luggage.
Customer: Oh, wow.
Customer: Oh, no. Yeah, yeah and we had decide it well, you know, if there is something that's just, you know, a little lesser price so we can kind of iron out what we're gonna do and Stoddard. I mean, you know, just to save a little money but you know, if not we'll stay with it, I don't want to have an issue where we canceled.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, it's like fifteen, this is like fifteen minutes from the rights museum museum, it's I'm near the canal and, and there's a lot of stuff by that main train stations. There's like, when you go down in the basement of it there's lots of restaurants, grocery stores. So if you need to pick something up, cause you can take bottles of wine or beer on the cruise if you want, if you want to have it in your cabin, so with the ratings on that one are really good. Let me see.
Customer: Oh, wow.
Customer: Oh, wow.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: What the Hilton one? Okay, well.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah. Let me see if it gives me something else here cause there's a lot of hotels or some of them are older trying to think of where we did. Let me see.
Customer: Well, I'm glad that you had that experience cause I kinda feel you know a little bit more. Yeah, so that's great.
Agent (Denise Fritz): See on those dates.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, let's see so this is the 26 and I got the air on that other screen. So I just have pap up the email. Let's see, two people.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: And are we doing okay to get our own transfer from the airport to the hotel by using a taxi, because we thought about an Uber driver, we saw on a YouTube that you have to go down some stairs to either catch one or request one I guess, through the app my husband has the app and everything but I'm thinking it seems to me what do you think between Uber and taxi? It seems like the taxi is right there.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Hello.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, the taxes right there. We've done the Uber a few times sometimes it works fine and I know one time we couldn't find I think that was.
Customer: And.
Agent (Denise Fritz): In the guy said, oh, he was there, we, hi, there was nobody there and so, so we had to cancel it and then request a refund, then call somebody else. And that one I don't know. It was just kinda creepy, I was like, I just, and, and then the guy wanted, he said, oh, he didn't take credit card. So when I got to the hotel, he had to run and use an ATM, get cash and take it out to him. It was just like, so some of them don't, I'm sure taxi you can ask before you get in and negotiate a fair or our guest relations can look up pricing on those two. But let me see.
Customer: Oh, oh, I'll stick with the taxi.
Customer: Oh, yeah.
Customer: Oh, Uber. Was that the tax, that was the Uber driver, right? Super. Yeah.
Customer: Okay, okay, I think a taxi Tay almost funds to me that it's just right there. They operate there between the airport and hotels. So I'm thinking that no.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah, sometimes it's almost better. Yeah, I'm trying to.
Customer: And I think it's better to ask, do you guys take credit card or something, right?
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, they usually have it, yeah, they usually have it rate there. I'm trying to see where I can put on this thing where these hotels are, I don't know why it just like did something really strange here for me, brought up some really weird map in the wrong spot, what's doing this is wrong I never liked that one, let me go on another engine here.
Customer: Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, like using a hotels .com I think it sites much better.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Damn city center. Yeah. Okay. Let's get the date 26 to 27.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Done.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay, let me see if I can find the one that we sad at. Yeah, there's a lot less expensive ones.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Park plaza Fri 350.
Customer: That's still a good price but I mean, wow, they're pricing over there but you know, here too.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, I'm sure the one is that list they have like some pence for like $200 then I don't know what that is. I thought there's like some of these other ones but almost, you almost have to go in and look at the reviews because sometimes and they might not always be the best. I'm not familiar with a couple of these. I'm trying to see if I can find the one that we stayed at.
Customer: Oh, wow. I don't know.
Customer: Yeah.
Customer: Now, the one that you stayed at, was it pretty close to the port that?
Agent (Denise Fritz): It was, it was near, actually where they dock those most of the time. There's not really much near there but the where they're docking.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Okay, it's near where they're doing. Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, and I mean when we had the, I, we, I glance there was a hotel maybe about a quarter of a mile away but then you were so far it wasn't, it was on the coil but it wasn't right in the center city coil, cause it, those canals by in the city. There are super small so it's only like the really small boats that are getting in there. Not these, not the river cruise boats, not the bigger ones, like these just like a, do you have any affiliations of any hotels? Like holiday Helton.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: I see. Yeah.
Customer: Did you have holiday in? It's been a long time. It's that holiday.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Or raison I mean, that might be a way to go to because some of those do like a senior discount or they give you a better discount with your membership number. Whether you've used it recently, you're not, yeah, Hilton they've been running some promotions. I got some emails on my personal email with discounts, I don't know if it was Shardon or Hilton, I thought I got some recently to some sort of promotions they're running but there's like a, a double tree near the central station for like.
Customer: I think we use help you.
Agent (Denise Fritz): 280. Let me see. I'm not seeing the name of the hotel but it might change, I thought it was Mike.
Agent (Denise Fritz): NH city center or something.
Customer: The only fair, yeah, the only fear I have is if I cancel the Hilton even though he look, there's a guy walking by our street. Let's here he is. It's Amazon.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Or I can ask, do you want me to send a message over to our guest relations department to look at for something else?
Customer: Well, yeah, just to, just to see this way if they can take their time to look at it but that I don't want it way far from you know, I'd hate to find out there's traffic or something and we don't get there on time. Cause I think we do at three, I think it is or we have to be there at twelve something like that and I got to clarify that also to be sure cause before we leave, I want to make sure that I'm, what I'm reading is correct.
Agent (Denise Fritz): The last.
Customer: I mean, if we stick with this hotel I think it has the address that I would have to give to the, to the taxi driver. I get this feeling the taxi driver will already know where it is. I just wanna make sure there's not ten other Hilton, but, but I think I'm trying to see where it says at, what time we bark on that first day, because when we get out of the hotel, you know, on this paper, I just don't see it. It's the one they gave us from uni world.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, should I tell them, should I tell them on the price range, you want me to put, like, $1,150 to $200 or just to give them price range? Yeah.
Customer: That sounds good. Yeah, that sounds good and, and maybe with the idea that.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Maybe I'll put, I'll put 150 to 250 how about that, like, most things that are route 150 might be maybe not the best, I mean, sometimes.
Customer: Okay, that sounds good and also.
Customer: Yeah, I don't want it to ugly either to where? Oh, my gosh we're going to have a bad experience. Exactly, yeah and if there is no air conditioner I have to tell you we were in Mexico city couple of weeks ago and there was no AC.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And you air-conditioning with, you probably want something with air conditioner.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah.
Customer: So we had to sweat it out and but then I live in south Texas. So, my gosh, you know, you live from, going from the air condition to outside and you start sweating, you start melting, you know, everything melt, so, oh, I can't imagine. So, well, there you go. We have a pretty much the same feeling, so, you know, I've been checking the temperatures, you know, currently, you know how they are. I know they're gonna change. I think their warms weather is like in the eighties, really low eighties and that me is not bad at all. But anyway, but I don't see at what time we don?
Agent (Denise Fritz): I'm in Tucson. It's like blazing hot today. It's about a 105 here, so.
Agent (Denise Fritz): So, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah, I see something in here too for this double, there's a double tree like 280. That's not bad. That's not yeah, I'll just put, I actually, I'm gonna change that range there so I can just give them a little Lea. Which ones did you say your head membership with?
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Alright, 280 for a double tree.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: My husband said holiday in, but it's like a holiday ner the.
Agent (Denise Fritz): What about Arden windom? What else I see double tree, let me go.
Customer: There was a extended say, extended say holiday. I think that's what he had, I don't think so. Either it's different over there now if you do have like a membership, is there like a discount? Is that why or? Okay, some of them.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, I don't know if they do that and if they do that.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Well, some of them, I've noticed for my cell when I go on the, on the company, on those companies website, sometimes I have like A-E-R-P or membership one, and they'll say, you know, if your member put in your number, and then it brings up so much off.
Customer: Are you A-R-P person by chance or AARP Rego the, I don't know, I got, I'd have to look it up but I wanted to know about the I registered on my delta app for a sky miles. Is there, is it too late to apply this to sky in the.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): No, I can, I yeah, I just have to enter your numbers.
Customer: Okay, yeah, it's.
Customer: I don't know if I've got a that looks like I've got an account number now.
Customer: But.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I think that I well, I think you have to go into a different problem to get your free sign-up for the freaking layer.
Customer: Yeah, I signed up, I signed up for him. I signed up for the frequent flyer miles or called Mi.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, it should have a different one.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, okay. Yes scams. Yeah.
Customer: But I mean, I just did it right now, so of course, I don't have any, anything on it.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, okay. Yeah, if you just I can take those two numbers to both. You both you get a different, separate number.
Customer: Yeah. Oh yeah, we'll do yours first, cause I have I didn't get online yet to do it, so at least get yours done, but when we fly, then they'll apply the miles to our account.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Customer: Okay, okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, do you have yours handy? I can write it down.
Customer: Well, I'm thinking this is the number here at the top it just says current status is see, oh, my number, my sky miles number, are you ready?
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, I'm ready.
Customer: It's 992-250-1466.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I'll go in this other thing and put that in there. I've got it.
Customer: 922-1466.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, me.
Agent (Denise Fritz): We go.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Pull up that entry so I know how to do that. Okay, I have L. okay, 992-250-1466.
Customer: 25.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And dash one. Yup. Okay, it.
Customer: Thank you.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yup let me go back to this other thing here and then I'll send a message over to our guest relations department on the hotel.
Customer: Okay, that sounds good and then I said.
Agent (Denise Fritz): You had that other one in there but I'll see if there's something else.
Customer: Yeah, and just, and I know they see the cancellation policy. So I don't want it to mess up or that they say, oh, there's no refund or something then we'll have to stick with what we have. But, but it says here that we could also let's see one last little thing if you think, you know this so I was reading through the unit world.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Customer: A little booklet or thing that they gave me and one of the things I found interesting was that because I guess when I had heard at the first time and I think even rose may have said no, it's an all inclusive. You don't pay any tips to anybody. Well, it says on there that, the tips for the tour guide and the, and the driver. I guess it is the bus driver. I guess whoever takes us to places they're like two Eros per person which by the way I'm not, I'm not arguing this or anything. I'm just trying to, cause I don't want to do a mistake there and give someone a tip and then find out that I wasn't supposed to. So.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): They usually the drivers are extra because those usually aren't it might be local drivers. Yeah.
Customer: Okay. They might be but, but that's, so that's something to know in advance that the drivers I think they were one per person. Is that correct still cause that's what it says the.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah, but if you have you if you have like one would usually take some $1 bills and me, cause sometimes that goes further for them, yeah.
Customer: Oh, dollars. So, in case I have dollars, they'll take dollars as well, okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah. Yeah. I usually take, I usually take some US money too or you can, or you can exchange money and usually the best place to exchange money is at, at the ATM at the airport. I would take like, $300 out, out to start with like, out of ATM the ATM, like, out of my debit account and make sure you tell your bank your bank you're going to be out of the country.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Oh.
Customer: Yes, I've already talked to them and actually with my bank here we could order the euros and so we might do like, just, I don't know, between the two of us, I'm not, I'm not planning on shopping because I just want to go and look at things. If I buy anything, it's probably gonna be like a food item or a chocolate. You know, some little goody snacks or whatever to take along our travels but I don't have any intentions to buy plates. Are you kidding me? Have enough in my house, so.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah. Yeah, usually, and you get good prices on chocolate like at the grocery floor as to well. And some of the places have a lot of these specialty chocolate shops. But you might have a lot of fans. Your stuff but you pay for it, it's you get much better deal at the grocery star and they make some jellies and jams, that are very good to bring back. If you're in Germany. I don't know, I always, I used to live over there, so, I have my holes of stuff that I always bring back. So there's certain banking things, certain jelly's certain keys. They make it if you like, I always like the sly, they make it so much better there. So I usually bring, bring a bag back and sometimes a coffee.
Customer: Yes.
Customer: Okay, I figured you were.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Oh, wow. Well, yeah.
Customer: Well, that's what, yeah, I have like a little list of things you know that I actually would do in Germany now that one's gonna be a little different cause that will be with family it's my husband, husband. Oh, she's German anyways my husband's.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Mm-hmm.
Customer: So, we're, I'm gonna see if she can take me to a grocery store so I could at least buy that stuff cause you know, I want just to give little the pet sitter. I mean, I'm not going to give them big things but you know, the pet sitter aside from what I'm gonna pay her just a little something. The, some friends that are gonna watch the house, just bring them a little something and you know, nothing much. And I just don't want to do any overload of any kind of heavy vy items or anything. I just want to go there free. I say this and then I go, I want that picture for now. I'm just kidding.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh.
Customer: I live without it. I'm gonna go over food items so.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I usually go for the food items and there's certain, there's certain wine. If you drink wine there's certain wines they just don't export it. So what I'm there bar like 23 bottles of wine to bring back, so.
Customer: Yeah. Oh, so we now is it, per person two or three wine bottles or is, what's the?
Agent (Denise Fritz): I usually do, I usually do. I think I'd have to look up what the current thing is, how much you can bring back? I know at least two.
Customer: Say it say two and two. I'm gonna play it says 22 and I'm actually, I'm actually gonna bubble rep.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah, and I packed, yeah, I usually pack those. Those, I usually put those zip block baggies I usually pack each bottle in two of those. I put it in one way, put the bottle in zip, take the air out Zipit and then I pack it the other way and put it in another zip block. So and then I just pack all my clothes around so that way if it does, cause if you just put it in bubble rep and then it leaks, you'll have a problem. This way they won't usually leak and you could put some bubble wrap too if you want it but I've never had a problem with those bags.
Customer: Yes.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Oh, okay.
Customer: Yes.
Customer: That's.
Customer: Yeah.
Customer: Well, I have some good phone to take. It's very life. So I'm good to pull it up and take it with me. And then and yes, I'm a bubble, I'm a, a block back person because even in Mexico but things in zip lock bag, that just in case is versed for leakage or whatever. So I kinda am gonna take those and I'm taking some extras just in case for any items that I feel that might come and done or you know, you never know. But, but those things I am planning to at least, maybe bring back at least some wine that I do want to do. So I think it's just gonna, I think.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yes.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Some mustards mustards you can't, can't find here that you can only find there. I've noticed that too muster and spices. Some of the cooking stuff that there's I can't think the name of it Dr. at looking with the oh, they have like certain flavorings for if you do a lot of baking, like lemon orange line if they have powders but they also have like little liquids that you can use in the baking stuff too. That's good. Yeah, you'll see in the baking department, I usually go crazy but.
Customer: Oh, sous. Wow, you give your, oh.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Yeah. Oh.
Customer: Okay. Oh, wow, you can, I do too well, you just gave me an added list what to look for. Thank you how I know well that's to know.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah. Yeah, and there's a certain kind of if you like normal ads or jams there's, there's one that it's called.
Customer: Oh, I love Marly.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Aga Boton and I guess it's rose hips, rose hip jelly and it is just like amazing. It's like kind of a branch, orange color but it's just so wonderful taste thing. So if you get a chance, yup! Yeah, yes, it's like amazing.
Customer: Oh.
Customer: Well, I just wrote it down, those hips jelly. Okay, I wrote it down very nice.
Customer: How wonderful. Well, I am taking a few things. Could you tell me something real quick but I don't mean to take your time on this, but it's because you know we, nobody around here has been Amsterdam except for my neighbor. And so she's limited to what she has to tell me. But as far as like a, like small little gift, I know that we don't tip the people that are in the cruise thing. However, I'm taking some thank you cards and tell me if I'm going the wrong way on this one, I'm taking some thank you cards with me because sometimes I know they're there to.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Uh-huh, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Mm-hmm.
Customer: Service, you and whatever but I think we're gonna run into people or at least I feel it that might just be so kind to us and have helped us or whatever that I think a thank you card and maybe just a small little, a small little gift and I the gifts that I've select it and they're small. I mean, I'm putting them in my luggage just for that, just in case. When I was in Mexico city, visiting family, I picked up some small good bags of coffee from ca, and then from here from Texas. I have a maple, sir, cause I heard maple it's not as big as it is here, or I read about it, maple serve is like, oh, you have maple serve, so I have small bottles of that and.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, yeah, that's good.
Customer: And just to you know, give us a small little gift of, thank you. That's all it's not money exchange, it's just a little gift, is that appropriate? Okay. Okay, alright, well then that's what I plan to do and I've got some, I even have a chocolates with infused with kia from Mexico and like, a little chair, so, you know, so I've got little things like that that's more like for the bartender but you know, just little things.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, yeah. That's a good idea. Yeah, yeah, that's good. Yeah, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, that's good too.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah, yeah, what I took too is, I had some one of the local stores. Cause I'm in, I'm in Tucson, they had some of these pen pins that or no, there are pencils and it had like the shape of a cactus. It was twisted into a shape of a tack, a, cacti. On the top. So I took that was something specific to hear to Tucson. But they probably have a lot of stuff from Texas. In fact, I think.
Customer: Oh, how neat?
Customer: Mm-hmm well, I would do the Texas more and, and also possibly even Texas honey that we have some with the lavender or whatever that maybe, they don't have those. Yeah, you know, those flavors. So I'm just thinking of the things that are texa including chilies I even thought about taking small, a little top, small cans of.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, yeah, or you could take the small cans of the green chilly too but those won't fit like an envelope. So that's something to consider.
Customer: And were you?
Customer: Oh, yes, so I here.
Customer: Okay. And I also heard or you read about it. It was on a website that I just happened to click on and people were talking about what to take and also some spices, like barbecue spices, like, I think Patrica was one of them, I think was one of them. I think I wrote it down on my, on my calendar. I wrote it down that Patrica and maple.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Customer: Here we go. And chocolate chip.
Agent (Denise Fritz): They have a lot more kinds of paper cause they have a lot more paprika over there because hungry has the best pack paprika.
Customer: Well, it's the here we go. It's the Mexican spices and faces human. The human. I don't know if they have human over there but Texas barbecue spice and then, also, I have here zip chocolate package of chocolate tips and I get the really good ones here and any kind of a brown sugar, is that correct?
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, okay, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I don't remember seeing it. Yeah, track good ships will be good, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yup.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I remember doing a lot of baking, I think it brown sugar over there, but, I mean, it's not and, and a lot of stuff over there is like, in smaller packages too. Yeah, but you want to pack a three pound bag cause it'll be like, what are we supposed to do with this?
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Oh, I'm sure. And any questions. Oh, no, I'm not gonna do that. I wrote down brown sugar because that's what I was riding, and they said something about popcorn, but I don't think it's popcorn that's already popped.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Well, they usually, cause my in-laws were farmers usually consider more for to give like corn you know, they'll eat corn but usually corns associated with animal feed.
Customer: Oh, I see. Well, it has.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And most of them really didn't, unless it was maybe pre popped corn but usually don't eat popcorn very much.
Customer: Oh, I see. Okay, but chocolate chips for sure so I've got that on my list. Okay, so well, I have a pretty good idea then you know, I'm still looking for the barbecue spices, cause you know, there's different kinds. There's rubs and then there's the marina, so I'm gonna stick with the rubs only because that's a little lighter and they usually come those little plastic containers. So I'll get some Texas barbecue and some small little cans of Childs, they're real small ones that we have here.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah.
Customer: And I think that would probably work well. That sounds really good. I'm glad I asked because.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, and actually in the grocery store is usually that one section that has like all the Mexican spices and they come in a couch. So that would be nice and flat that could even fit into a thank you card. And then you come in, come in and they do all sorts of a Rego pap. They do the paper cause there too.
Customer: Oh, okay. That's true. That's nice. You're right that.
Customer: Okay. Well, there's different times. Okay, now there is different times of van. I know, because the Mexican one is very fragrant and then the Greek one is not because I've, you know, I've had it in Moodle and it's not the same. It, it not, yes.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Right.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah. Yeah. Well and then some of them are like the buds and, and we usually take the buds and then put them in our spic grander and then grind them up.
Customer: Well, this one has a, and one has, it's very, very strong and so I might take one or two of those for that just in case because I, I've had the greet and it's okay, but it's very mild, it doesn't have and I think it's the soil or something that makes it different than the Mexican. The Mexican one is just Hidy prized. I think for some really good. Yummy cause I noticed with Italian sauces, it's real fragrant very, you mean you could taste it and the great Tride the Greek not, it's not really there. It's there but not, you have to put a lot more to get the flavor but you can tell, I like to cook and bake so but anyway I think I.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah. Oh, you'll have phone over there for sure. Did you, did you sign-up for the delta frequent flyer, you just wanna email it back to me.
Customer: Well I think I'm gonna email it back to you because I got to get on my laptop Bruce, managed to do it because I'm talking to you and I'm able to write down stuff. So I'm gonna go ahead and get on the, on the delta flight and delta website and go ahead and get my, my delta thing and I can email it to you when I get, okay, well that's.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay, okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay, yeah, yeah, and I sent over the email but it, it's the one that was Mable. Underscore B., was that right? Oh, actually, I got it spelled wrong. I've got it spelled wrong here but I can't spell. Yup, I got it. Yeah, no, no, it didn't it. I had it wrong. Let me just, let me resend that one.
Customer: Yes at.
Customer: Okay, it's Mabel. M-A-D-E-L, okay, let me see. Well, let me see while you're on the line, I can flip.
Customer: Okay, okay.
Customer: Okay, yeah, cause I don't have it cause I can check the iCloud and I did see it.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, I can see yeah, yeah, let me go to heavy to resend, let fix send again okay, so we can go back up here and.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Forward. Yeah, just forward it if you could, I work.
Customer: Okay, I did get the one on Lyon but the other one I have to use it to send it to the pet sitters and the neighbor. So they know where we're at. I can.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, okay, I'll just resend that. Where the message.
Customer: CI.
Customer: Well this one looks really good, Denise, let me see save nine attachment, let me see.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, let me see.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, I'll send this the way, why is this not going?
Customer: Should I send it to documents or this? Cause it looks a lot better. It's more cleaner this one right here so I wanted to print it.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, I'm gonna send I'll send it on. Oh, kid off of hair.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah. Okay, I'll send it again this other one, so you'll have it separate.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Let's see delta. Okay, there it is! Yeah, this one looks a lot more. I hope it comes out just the way I'm seeing it but it looks really good. Okay, very good. Well I'm gonna print that and see how they go. I think you've answered all my questions. Denise, you know, I know now that we tip, the guy I like your idea you gave me lots of great Hinch and I so appreciate it and also as far as the tour guide down just to reverify with her it said €2 per person. So we tip her as well, is that correct or him. Okay. Alright. So I'm gonna see what I get from the bank here, unless I can do it there like you said at the airport would be good.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah, it should be the same.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Well, good.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yes, mm-hmm yeah, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, I just put out the ATM I got $200 cause you know, for sandwich or little stuff. And then, then if you at the grocery and you want to put it on your card you can, but sometimes there's different rates and how they calculate things for the, like, if you use your debit card maybe, it has a, a flat fee per transaction or an amount. I think a flat fee is with the debit card and I think the credit card was a percentage cause I know my roommate was like, she would be putting stuff on her debit cards cause, well, each time it just charged me, I'm like, well, if you're paying $5 for a bottle of water that really gets ridiculous. So you might as well just get some cash to pay for the small things.
Customer: Oh, hey.
Customer: Yeah, exactly.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: That.
Customer: I think I'm gonna try to, I'm gonna see what the bank here gives me the process pretty good with the bank, the money exchange cause I think them and some other bank are the only ones, so it takes a couple of days, but I'm gonna order a certain amount. We're just kinda figure out in our heads too, you know, cause I think when we're on those excursions, I might be wrong, but I think sometimes we might be able to wander off to a little store, if the tour guide says, hey, you got 3040 minutes to walk around here. If you want to buy some stuff or whatever and so we might pick up a little snack or whatever and so we'll have those roes with us. You know, I always heard some too that they round off the money. If it's 950, for instance, it's really ten, Yep.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Uh-huh, yeah.
Customer: So I'm ready for that. So that's fine you know, they did. Hey, you didn't still so but that sounds really good and I like your tips. And Denise you have been so helpful that I am so happy that I got a hold of you.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Well, thank you. I'm glad I got you.
Customer: Oh, I'm so happy! Oh, my gosh I have. So I'm gonna go ahead and sign-up and I've got your email on this one and so I'm a happy camper right now, Denise. I really am cause you just kinda put every, oh, he's that.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, sure, sure and don't forget. We have that great referral program too.
Customer: Oh, yes. Well, I've already referred to people but I don't know if they call you all or not but you know, Norma is one of them who was the other one. There was another lady. What was her name? Dart anyway, so I hope you know my referrals, you know. Can go on to you guys. Okay. And I guess I'm gonna refer to okay Denise so realize that you, well I truly get your time Denise, I really did, I.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, good.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, okay good. Well we appreciate it.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah. Yeah but if you just wanna ward that over I got a note there watch, so if I don't hear from you on like middle of next week on that frequent flyer I'll remind you and then I'll send a message over to our guest relations look for some other hotels I'll try to tell him keep it maybe major major chain you Cass them in there that were like Radisson.
Customer: Oh, thank you so much. Oh.
Customer: Yeah.
Customer: Okay. That sounds good. And of course you know, close to the port. We're more or less you know where picks up people. Which we don't know which port so, but you know.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, well I think being now in the city centers easier to walk around with because if you're out you're out for father, where they dock you're going to have to take a text you no matter where you go and and plus you're gonna need to take a tax anyways because it's not gonna probably be walking distance.
Customer: I see, but then.
Customer: I see. Well as long as it's the hotel that's close to something. I think that like, the canal I would like to take a little the first day.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, cause you could be the other pedestrian stone, then you can go to the train station, go down shopping there. If you want or those couple of museums there's also a diamond factory there that was like, really, really interesting. We went there that was so cool. They were cut, they were showing how they mind them and they take you rate where the people are cutting them. It was like lexy glass and he's like a couple of feet away on the other side, cutting the diamonds up and then they have a little history part and then they get to the like, the really cool part where you can buy diamond's loose or you can set them, I mean, it was just, you know, just even if you didn't buy anything, it was so cool to look at, so, yeah, yeah, yeah. So.
Customer: Oh, wow.
Customer: Oh, wow. Oh my.
Customer: Wow.
Customer: Oh.
Customer: Oh, real quickly before we let you go Bruce wants to know about the tour or something like that somebody recommended that I can dear.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I didn't do that. Let me see.
Customer: I think it was my cousin. She said it was very impressive. I don't know about that you don't know about that but oh, that might be too out in the way.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Let me see you can they have it listed on via to work they said it's about while they do it with.
Customer: Or does it to get?
Agent (Denise Fritz): It's about a 45 minute tour it says.
Customer: I'd rather go to the.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And.
Customer: Now the van go or the Frank. We would have to buy those tickets.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And, and Frank you have to buy him ahead of time and they're usually not refundable. So if you're only going to be there for a day and something. Well, you could probably maybe, try to get in the morning before your cruise leaves, you don't want to do it on the day you arrive. Otherwise if something runs late you don't get there in time plus it probably be tired. But.
Customer: Okay, and they have a website.
Customer: Well.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: That's true.
Customer: Well, another thing too would it be best now? I've been ebling the tours. In other words, they're always running in the can, and they said, you can pick one up real quickly for a few you know, tickets and you can buy your ticket right there and then and it's a can ride that takes you all around and brings you right back, and then you get to see other things in a very quick way and so I well, I think that's easy and I think with, at the hotel, well, I don't know, I don't know how far they are.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yup.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah. Yes. Yeah, we did that too. Yeah, that's kinda good.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Actually, you know what, did you ever go on the via tour site? It's V., it's V-I-A-T-O-R.
Customer: Buy a tour side.
Customer: EOR Z-I-A-T-O-R is that?
Agent (Denise Fritz): So, it says via E-I-A-T-O-R .com. And you can type in whatever, usually what I do is, when I go in, I put in a viator Nick and tour. They actually do a Nikon tour and a one hour can cruise together for it says start using at $40.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: Oh, wow and you said it's Z. Like in zebra or V. As in Victor. Oh, V. as in Victor, okay. Via to Vic, .com. Oh.
Agent (Denise Fritz): V. as in Victor?
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, VI .com and you can actually get your and Frank tickets through them.
Customer: Oh, wow. You sure V. as in Victor.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Starting it, that's a two hour tour for it says starting at $35. I don't know if they do anything with all three of those together, but there's.
Customer: Yeah, to work.
Customer: Well, we're going to be there pretty early. So even if we can get something in that mid afternoon that might work or if the ticket is good for all day to use or not all day to use. But I what time? Oh, I have to put well this.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I think you have to pick a time. I think you have to do a time. Well and they have some of the cruises are, actually some of the cruises like in the evening. Let me see.
Customer: Okay. Oh, that might be kinda nice too, huh. Oh.
Agent (Denise Fritz): But I don't know if you can buy all the one, I don't know, this Ina, thing with the one cruise doesn't show any, anything till like, the end of August. Well, that might be not working. I don't think that'll work but you might be able to, am I here?
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, just the regular 45 minute tour.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Agent (Denise Fritz): The first date on that one's the twenty eighth.
Customer: We arrive on the twenty sixth. That's the thing. We arrive on the twenty.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yup all.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, that won't, yeah, that won't work either, but I'm sure there might be other sites there's a.
Customer: Mm-hmm yeah, there could be other things we could look at and you know, that sounds well. I don't, the boat. I don't know what time it moves. I looked here on the, they gave me from the world. They only gave me, I'm looking at this now where we're.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I think you can board, you can board before lunch and they'll hold your luggage.
Customer: Okay, but what time do they start leaving? It's in that like about 3:00 I think but, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Let me look cause they probably leave. Let me go on her invoice if I can find it.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Should say here.
Customer: I didn't read it on here. That's another, you know, that's one thing that's like a mystery on the bank go.
Agent (Denise Fritz): It should say usually boarding by a certain time. There's a lot of stuff here let me go what, where, whether.
Customer: The forty number.
Customer: I was wondering why we don't go a day.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Money currency.
Customer: I don't change the flight.
Agent (Denise Fritz): To your part check-in.
Customer: Well, what time are we gonna have, well, we didn't think about it what time we're arriving very early in the morning at eight at steron mm-hmm on the 266 so that's the day dollars each, we can go to the museum, but we have to get to the hotel before twelve or we have to get to the.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Let's see.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Scheduled time rooms are available at three and.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Time you can get on no later than two hours prior to sailing so you can get, it says to get there at three you can, and then check-in.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Let me see where the other part is. It gives me the day by day itinerary on here.
Customer: The rooms are available at 3:00 PM, I'm writing it down, so.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah. It was like on page thirty something and all those rules there. Let me, let me see cause there's got to be a day by day itinerary somewhere.
Customer: Oh, my god. Well, I thought I read something on there but it seemed, I I think read a 3:00 PM but it's a little confusing because I thought I read somewhere else that you could start, you can go in there about about twelve and leave your luggage there.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, and have lunch. Yeah.
Customer: We could leave. We can check-in at 12:00 at the boat. I would rather do that cause I wanna make sure and they'll hold a luggage and then we can walk around there or, you know, maybe, if there's anything close by right there, where the boat is we can grab something to eat, or just wonder what time should we at.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, and then I'll just hold your luggage.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, there usually isn't very much by that dock at all. I wouldn't, I wouldn't count on getting to the ship too early. I mean, if you have to check out of your hotel it depends when you want to do these other tour things, you either whole have the hotel, hold your luggage or drop it off at the ship and then have them hold it but there's not really anywhere to walk to usually from where those are.
Customer: Oh, okay.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: I wanna make sure I have plenty of time to get on that boat, I don't wanna find out, holy crap, we got to go to the next port and find our way over there. I think I would like to do.
Agent (Denise Fritz): That usually it doesn't look, it looks like they're in zones and then in which is near colon the day too. So they're probably, they're probably sailing Dring or well you are eating dinner that's usually when they are leaving.
Customer: Uh-huh.
Customer: Okay. Well, I have here that's the first, yeah, the day one. Transfers of the can barely red.
Agent (Denise Fritz): It doesn't give me an exact time. But usually, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, but, and actually it shows that the in Amsterdam, it I they must be they are leading. Oh, let me see how this is worded.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Cause it says two so they must be having.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Cause it says, day one transferred to the hotel, there must be people that, oh, this is a pre, if you did their pre never mind. So they're leaving after dinner, usually about six or seven is usually when the ships leaving.
Customer: Yeah, and I, and I did, I'm gonna have to find my way.
Customer: Okay. Alright. So but we have but our rooms are available 3:00 PM which is probably what I'd wanna do. I'd want to explore the ship to know where everything is at. Take a look and you know just kinda hang out there and just anticipate the move.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, but it depends when you want to do all this touring too, cause you could always, you could do something in the morning and then, but you'd have to check out your, you'd have to check out of your rooms just so you're racing back to be checked out it like, whatever checkout time 101011 so you can probably check out, have the hotel, hold your luggage, go, do whatever tour and you're gonna do, then go back to the hotel and then go to the ship. Yeah, because there's really, usually where they are docking does not usually ton of stuff to do, yeah.
Customer: I don't wanna walk out of there anymore.
Customer: That's true, that's true if it's something that's really.
Customer: Yeah, and that's true.
Customer: Okay.
Customer: Okay. Well, at least I've got more or less a guide and then I think we need to just explore some of those tours on that the site that you gave us and then just kind of have an idea is this what we can do you know, it looks like a great time because we get in at eight and Amsterdam. So by the time we get a tax fee, he, you know, he attack have to go.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I think it was quite a ways from the that where are you, where the hotels are?
Customer: Well, to get off the airplane. Is that custom? Yeah, well custom is gonna take a while I think maybe. So, I hope so and then we're just after that, I'm guessing that we will be leaving there a little past nine and that's gras.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I think.
Agent (Denise Fritz): It's usually pretty quick.
Agent (Denise Fritz): It's about an hour. It's let's see, it says thirty to sixty minutes from the airport to the downtown.
Customer: Oh, wow. Okay, okay.
Agent (Denise Fritz): So I think it took us an hour. We're in the morning and it was remembered, the one time it was about an hour.
Customer: Oh, wow, oh, well that's good to know. Did you hear that first or she said it's like about thirty to sixty minutes. The airport is to the downtown. I mean you know if we had to go by their explore or whatever but it's about thirty but I don't think with luggage I think we'd have to go maybe linger around the hotel cause we're going to have time. So, I don't know. We'll see.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Well, by time you get there, I would ask, you know, can we get in the room? They say no does they can hold your luggage for you and so, you can go do something. Usually what I do is go get something to eat and walk around a little bit and then you kind of, kind of tired. So, you might need a one afternoon nap and then, and then do the and Frank house later.
Customer: Okay, I think that would be the best. Okay.
Customer: I think, yeah, yeah.
Customer: Yeah.
Customer: Yeah, I'm wondering what time to to schedule something in the what time in the afternoon that would give us enough time to make it to the hotel and then get to wherever we need to be for like, what we're going to have luggage we have to, we have to go to the hotel, we need it there.
Agent (Denise Fritz): And I, and I don't know you might have to go on the and Frank site directly because it shows the via to the first and Frank tour is like on the 29th of June. Yeah, so the first one they show available is, is, oh, actually no that would work.
Customer: It will show the time.
Customer: Well, I didn't, I haven't looked that one up but I did look at the vano am which I would like to do too and they, you know, they from what I'm saying if it's still available but I just didn't know what time day, you know, that we.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): I think the Frank museum is every hour. The latest time is at 5:00 PM.
Customer: Might be?
Customer: What do you think? Well it depends on, I guess we have to think about it. Yeah, man. It's.
Agent (Denise Fritz): M. yeah, cause you don't wanna make too many things at one time, there's also, what is this, 2627.
Customer: I don't know about the little.
Agent (Denise Fritz): There's also another website it kinda gets pricey, but it's a local like, local tour guides and you can just tell them what you wanna do and they can put something together for you, but it gets kind of pricey. But maybe they can just coordinate everything, it's called tours by locals.
Customer: Oh, I see.
Customer: Tours by locals.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah. And you can tell them and kind of what you're interested in and they can put it together. I know, you know, they have so much people that are you know specialist only an art or you know they can do all sorts of different things here.
Customer: Oh, I see.
Customer: I wrote that one down.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Can cruise dont walking tours.
Customer: Mm-hmm but the, but those can now, those can now rides. So, you can almost just probably, yeah, those are, yeah, those are always available. People are taking them all the time by the hour. So, that's what I read. So those, I think that one's an easy one. But I think to go see something special we're going to have to think about. Okay, getting there the hotel I think. Also, it might depend to where the hotel is and you know, how far it's gonna be for us to get, there's a lot of thinking to do, there's a lot and it's just that one day and one day and a half. Almost really, well, not almost a half but you know, almost there. So, what's to say like you said, do something early in the morning coming time. I don't know, just we'll have to find out I don't know. Anyways, it's a lot to think about now.
Agent (Denise Fritz): You can kind of tell it how much.
Agent (Denise Fritz): That you can do on your own. Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, well I just put that, yeah, just put up a I've probably just make a list of the ones I think the Hein. And tour. You'd probably have to book that one with the bury directly and I mean I've booked them myself overseas and I've just kinda like called that day but this one looks like you might have to cause it's a bigger by or maybe see if there's some other ones I mean there's probably a lot of Boo hubs too local places to that you know just special to them. That might be another option to look into just put in like Bures and Amsterdam and see what comes up maybe there's some other smaller ones that you can just walk into you know take a private little tour just two of you and then have some tasting something like that unless you're really, really into hind a con beer then you might want to do that one.
Customer: Yeah.
Customer: Uh-huh.
Customer: That's true that's, got it. Mm-hmm yeah.
Customer: Yeah, yeah.
Customer: Mm-hmm.
Customer: That.
Customer: Well, I think it was just the idea. We're not like into it, it's just my cousin talked about it and she was like, oh, looks so impressed and all this. Well if they're Nick and drinkers and so they're like, oh, it was so wonderful! So you know, we could always pass satisfied, we have to see what our priority is. And I, yeah, that's true. That would be a good idea.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah, you can just look up, I would look up some local ones too cause I went, when I was in prog, there was like tons of breeze, I went to like a little, and then I had some extra time there so I called one of the brews and I said, were you doing any tours? And the guy said, well, we're kind of booked up but we have a group from scan and Navia. That's coming in with all these, fourteen and fifteen year old, a group of like twenty of them. He said, well, if you want you can come with that group and sure might not, I, can, we have so much fun this is with the Shapro and drink beer and all the kids had had their little glasses a beer, it was, it was really a lot of fun. So, sometimes there's local bus can be pretty cool too so.
Customer: Oh.
Customer: Oh, wow, that's why.
Customer: Oh, my goodness.
Customer: Wow, that does sound like a lot of fun. I don't know we'll have that luck but you know, what the Olympics will be going on, so people.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): You never, you never know. And, and then, like of the little local ones, you probably don't need a reservation you just work in. So, so, yeah, yeah.
Customer: Oh, you know, that's a great idea. That is a very great. Did you hear that Bruce, a lot of the local beer place by you might just be able to walk right in cause they're not as popular as a agan or anything. I mean, it's not like a big huge name brand and then you just go in there kinda like here with blue bell, ice cream, and all that, you just walk in and, and get a little tour. Well that sounds awesome. Wow! Can you think of anything?
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): That might be kind of cool maybe you so scheduled rigid with the schedule. You can just walk in whenever they're open. I don't know they usually got the broke kettles there and stuff mm-hmm.
Customer: Oh, my god. You know what, I might be able, I might be able to even ask the concierge or someone at the hotel might be kind enough to tell us, you know, give us a, an idea of which one which way we should go or which one we should do and you know, what's the cost more or less and, you know, just some little hints too from locals. Well, that sounds fantastic. Okay now Denise, I think I'm done with my questions.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah.
Customer: But I think if I do have some additional I'm going to email you. Okay? And just you know for just in case we think it said, oh, we should have asked but you have really given us so many ideas and I thank you again so much for your time. Oh, my gosh I wish you were close by. Okay. Well that's just a wish. Oh, well that.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Okay. Yeah, that sounds wonderful.
Agent (Denise Fritz): So it, it's my pleasure.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Me too and I send a message to guest relations to yeah, on that.
Customer: Okay, well, very good. Well, thank you for your time Denise, I appreciate it very, very much. I really do. I'm gonna give you a high file on that if somebody from your higher up I will tell them, hey, she's great. Okay, so thank you, well, thank you so much and we will communicate again through the email. Oh, you too, have a blessed one. Alright, thank you. Alright, bye-bye.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Yeah. Oh.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, thank you.
Agent (Denise Fritz): Oh, that'd be great. Okay, thank you have a nice weekend. Okay, okay, you too, thank you, bye!
