Additionally, please refer to your invoice for any automatic payment dates. We will send you a reminder of any upcoming payments due 10 days prior to their due date.

If you are traveling internationally, it is your responsibility to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after your return date and to meet any visa entry and/or health requirements. If you have any questions regarding passports, visas, or health requirements, please call our Guest Relations Department directly at 866-843-4836. If you require assistance with booking pre/post hotel accommodations or transfers, or if you have any questions between now and your trip departure, please feel free to reach out to our Guest Relations team. You may also receive emails or be contacted by our Guest Relations team as they assist your Travel Planner with your reservation.

As your departure date approaches, we kindly request you check in for your Cruise. This will expedite your boarding process and allow you to take advantage of various services offered by Viking Ocean Cruises, such as:

• Add Emergency Contact information
• Verify your passenger information details
• Make specialty dining reservations
• Reserve shore excursions/optional experiences
• Book onboard entertainment and shows
• Purchase beverage and/or alcohol packages
